I Received Excellent Service at Nissan of St. Augustine
I was searching for a used 4 Wheel Drive Truck and sales associate Alex Tillit helped me find a Frontier that was in my price range and patiently answered all my questions. He showed me many different trucks until I found one that was just right for me. Alex went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable answering all my questions until I felt comfortable with my purchase. I would recommend this Nissan dealership to anyone in the market for a vehicle.

Excellent customer service
The customer service is always good at this dealership. They greet me with a smile and a polite hello. The man who worked on my car was done servicing and checking my car within a short length of time.

My experience was good...am very happy with my new to me purchase. My salesperson was helpful and courteous. Am pending arrival of loan documents, but the dealership has no direct control of that.

Fast, Friendly and Professional
As always, treated well from arrival to departure. Came in for 30K service and Recall maintenance on my Murano. Appreciated the social distancing but surprised no one was wearing masks...which has been the standard in doors most everywhere.

Super happy with the level of service I received. I was on vacation and your service department got me in and out in the same day! Marvin in the service department was friendly and quick to have his department analyze the problem. They replaced a transmission control module, battery and serviced a recall all in the same day. Thank you for providing excellent service.

Came in for a Murano and walked out with a great deal
Came in for service as the service department is great. Was thinking about trading in and met Tim. He was helpful and outgoing but not overbearing like many car salesmen. I walked into the dealership around 8:30 and was on the way home by 1:00 with a new Murano.

Service Department
I always have a good experience when I bring my car in for service. Everyone in the service department is so friendly and they explain everything they’re doing and don’t try to do things that aren’t necessary. Cynthia and other members of the department are why I keep coming back.
