I took my Nissan rogue in because of a recall.
I took my Nissan rogue in because of a recall. The service person was quick, efficient and friendly. I’m sorry that I don’t remember his name but he checked on me during the wait with updates and the process was very smooth.

The service was awful.
The service was awful. I had an appointment for 9:30 for an oil change and tire rotation. Got there at 9:15 and I didn’t leave until 11:50. No one came in and follow up with me and apologize for the wait time. The service writer was very nice and apologize when I was leaving for the wait time. Please stop asking if I would like to trade my vehicle in.

I'll fill in "the details" later. Purchased April 14, 2025. I'm still waiting for paid for parts and can't get calls returned or emails responded to. Started April 21, 2025 with texts requesting whereabouts of paid for items, answers where not very confident. May 2, 2025 - after confirmation items were in and available; I inform them of my intentions to pick-up the items. May 3, 2025 - only 3 of the 6 items were actually available, remaining 3 were either backordered or on the way. Turns out, some not even ordered. 3 other items (not part of above), were available but needed installed. I was told, not a problem, we can do it right now. I said fine, went home got the vehicle and came back. Then disaster strikes - I'll fill those details in later. May 5, 2025 I send an email to General Sales Manager listing off paid for items I'd like to know when to be delivered, fixes made, or refund including taxes and interest loan charges. Heard back May 7, 2025 I was basically told I'd have to pay for repairs and other items I asked for. I was floored. Then refusal to fix what they did wrong or offer a refund. Here's a funny, they said they'd fix their "poor workmanship" (their words) if I paid for it. I asked again for ETA of paid for items/repairs. May 9, 2025 I went on their website and clicked "Tell It To Bill". It was a sale tool, I heard from a salesman, and I haven't heard from Bill Cafarella. May 9, 2025 I find out one of the repairs can be accomplished via their mobile repair service. May 14, 2025 I asked when are they available and what's the ETA of other paid for items and when repairs can be made - May 15, 2025 nothing - no Bill, no ETA, no repairs, no refunds. I'm not the villain here. Being mislead leads me down a dark path of mistrust, lack of confidence, and lack of faith. Frustrating lack of communication.
