Friendly, excellent service
The folks at Sames couldn't have been more friendly, knowledgeable or efficient. Pricing for service was fair and reasonable. And they were quick too. I had tried to get my vehicle serviced in Austin, which is where I am from. For a simple oil change I was told to set an appointment or wait for nearly three hours (and that was also at an "express" facility), which is outrageous. I would rather drive to Bastrop and receive better, more friendly service.

My service experience at Sames Bastrop Ford
Jason Deleon is excellent at providing a pleasant, prompt and satisfying experience when I bring my Ford Explorer in for service. I appreciate his knowledge and careful attention to detail. Sames Ford bought the dealership after I purchased my vehicle from the previous owner, but I have seen many improvements in the dealership and the high level of service has been consistent through the transition to the new owner.

Jay Is always helpful! I brought in my fusion, before breakfast for an Oil change and Told Jay I needed it back in 2 hours! No problem! I then left my F250 for oil change and needed it back by 5:00.. Jay called at 3:00 said the truck is ready!

Service was excellent as always. Jason Deleon does a great job of taking care of you and getting your vehicle repaired in a timely manner. He is very polite and customer oriented.

Good but not excellent
I was satisfied with the service , but wouldn't call excellent. Not for a dealership experience. The customer waiting area kinda sucked. And there was underbody damage to my car that was discovered but no estimate to fix it. So why mention it if it is dismissed as unimportant. Sarcasm implied.

Felt like I got a deal!
Traded my 2013 Ford Focus because of so many transmission issues. Bought a 2015 Fusion, so far I love it! My salesman was helpful but not very experienced. I would suggest that when they have nothing to do they would learn all the gadgets for these new cars! That way they could empress me with what everything does, and their knowledge of what their selling.
