Great job getting my truck ready for travel. Took care of a recall that was on it as well as the oil change and checking things out. Pick up and drop off was a huge help.

Arran at Covert Chevrolet Bastrop, went above and beyond. Were very understanding about me returning from my duties in South Korea and allowed me to complete the purchase process and hold the truck for nearly a month. To round everything out my he picked my wife and family up from the airport at 12:00am in the truck and showed me how?d to work everything. I couldn?t have asked for a better experience! I would recommend this dealer and salesman to anyone interested.

Since we did not live near this dealership, we started
Since we did not live near this dealership, we started working on our transaction through email and phone/text. We were able to get everything squared away, then made an appointment for Sunday (they are open on Sunday instead of Saturday which is super convenient!) to complete the paperwork, trade in my truck and pick up our new vehicle. Everything went smoothly and quickly. One extra special thing to note: they didn’t have both keys available at the time we picked up our new vehicle, but they contacted the previous owner and are mailing us the second key! That’s good service in my book because I didn’t even have to reach back out to remind them to do this for me.

Car Serviced
As soon as you walk into the Service department you are quickly acknowledged. Everyone is very polite. The waiting area and bathroom are always well kept! I could easily take my car to be serviced in Austin since I work downtown, however, I take the time to drive into Bastrop where I know I will be taken care of asap.

Repairs
My vehicle is still not fixed. After being there for 2 weeks I picked it up and had to take it back the same day because it wouldn't turn off. They tell me they couldn't find a problem so I came home. My vehicle is still not fixed.
