Worst experiences I've ever had buying a car.

One of the worst experiences I've ever had buying a car. Bought a 2012 Chevrolet Sonic last year, had problems with the car after day 1. The car was in and out of the service center numerous times, some times for the same reason as before. After becoming tired of having constant problems with a vehicle that I experienced to be able to transport my wife and daughter around we attempted to trade out of it. Converts told us flat out there was nothing they could do for us. We went to a different deal only for them to pull an updated carfax report to find out the car was in a major accident giving the vehicle "major structural damage " making the vehicle worthless. In a attempt to give these guys the benefit of the doubt that they didn't not purposely sell my wife and I a worthless unsafe vehicle. I took our findings back to them in hopes that they would make it right. Instead they sat on the information for almost 2 weeks and told me the only thing they could do for us is to trade the vehicle for a 2018 Spark, and my payments would be almost double what they were before. I find this despicable and unacceptable. Stay as far away from these people as you possibly can.

Horrible Sales and Manager

Don't waste your time with their worthless old internet guy. It get's worse with their sales manager. These jokers have no clue how to treat internet buyers. They are in the country and probably prefer face to face to rip you off. Would NEVER buy a car with these guys. Wasted my time.

Great Job Covert

We have been buying cars from Earnest at Covert for over 20 years and will continue to do so. They are honest and will always give you the best price the first time. Earnest is a great guy and Covert is a great dealership.

Great Service

Dropped my truck off for regular service. Called me within the hour that everything was done and the truck was ready to go. Great crew!

Bait and switch

They will waste your time, they bait and switch your numbers from the sales guy to the finance guy. They operate like a sleazy used car lot. Save your time and go somewhere you can deal with professionals.

Oil Change

I did not have an appointment and showed up. The intake representative was great and so was the service representative. I was in and out in a rather decent time. I am definitely coming back for the next oil change. Only complaint is salesman Harry Green was not present. I have purchased my last two corvettes from him and my experience has been pleasant.

ALWAYS FIRST CLASS SERVICE

Another great experience with Covert Chevrolet. They have always met or exceeded my expectations. I've been a customer since 2011 and have always been impressed by the customer care from everyone from Harry Green who sold me my first car in 2011, to the many different people who have helped me in the Service Department. This last experience is no different. I scheduled the appointment for 7:00AM and was reminded by phone of my appointment the day before. I was out by 9:00AM. The glove box door had not been reattached correctly after the cabin air filter had been inspected, but the mechanic reinstalled it without question and apologized for the oversight. E J my service writer and Courtney the receptionist were both courteous and friendly. I will always buy my GM vehicles from Covert.

First Class Dealer

Alan and Jay at Covert treated me with respect and honesty from start to finish. New Tahoe

This is our third vehicle from Covert or I should say from Harry Green, all of our purchases have been with Harry and when it comes time for the next one we will go back to Covert and Harry Green. Covert has always exceeded our expectations. We recommended Covert to our neighbor the day after we got our new Tahoe, they were there the following day and also purchased a new Tahoe.
