Maria was great as an Express service advisor, no problem there. It seemed to take rather long for a basic oil change/tire rotation + air filters (~1.5hrs), but they got the job done right. I will be going back for basic services.

Do NOT ever bring your vehicle here for repairs. I dropped my Jeep off over Memorial Day 2025 weekend for a few easy recall repairs. When I picked it up a few days later, it had been broken into. Damage to the vehicle locking console as well as valuable items stolen. After some research and discussion with the service team members, break-ins at this location are a common occurrence. They are aware it happens every weekend yet continue to do nothing about it. And when I tried to go through the proper channels to get reimbursed, they basically told me they aren't responsible and it'd be on my to pay for the repairs and stolen items. Brent Rayfield, the General Manager, and Luis Villafane, the Service Shop Manager, are completely inept. They avoid calls and emails, and even tried to tell me I was lying when I said I was going to file police reports and reach out to local news outlets (two stations have informed me they are picking up the story, too, since it's a recurring issue). Never take your vehicle here for repairs. It won't be safe. I got my Jeep back in worse shape than when I dropped it off. Completely unacceptable.

I worked with Mindy when I had my jeep serviced.
I worked with Mindy when I had my jeep serviced. She did everything to make my experience pleasant. She went ABOVE and BEYOND. Not only did she listen to me vent about the horrible experience I’ve had with Mak Haik in the past but she went out of her way to make sure that I was a top priority. She contacted me multiple times to follow up and inform me that my part was on back order and again when it came in to get me scheduled. She ensured a follow up as well after installation to make sure I was satisfied and everything was working as expected. Not only was Mindy awesome, the whole staff in service is pleasant. Every time I have been there multiple employees ask to make sure I’ve been helped or if they can help in any way. You won’t get this service at Mak Haik. This is the ONLY dealership I will be using in the future. Thank you Mindy. And thank you Nyle Maxwell.
