Do NOT buy any service contracts from them, if you don’t plan to keep the car. I’ve been calling for 2 months about my owed refunds, just to repeatedly be given the runaround.

I was scared because I’ve been through a lot of hardship. I prayed about the situation. As soon as I walked in I felt right at home with Ben and Kyle. They were relentless even when I gave up hope, but guess what I I left the lot a new car owner 💪🏾🫡💯 . I’d recommend those guys to anyone who is looking to purchase a car.

On my 3rd Truck from Nyle Max. Nyle and his son are really good people, Although I have had some trouble getting service issues resolved, in the end they came through, Mike Wilson is good guy also and regards to Mindy in service and Victoria Gonzales, deserve credit, as everyone knows promises made are only good if they are kept, 77 years worth of experience, God bless you all.

The absolute worse service center I've ever dealt with.

The absolute worse service center I've ever dealt with. We have brought our car in 3 times already and it is STILL NOT fixed! Constantly getting promises of a call back and still waiting a week later. When I called and asked for a supervisor, of course no one was available and apparently the 1 and only tech that can fix the issue is out for 2 weeks. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE if you ever wanted to be fixed!!!

Stay away from the service center here!

Stay away from the service center here! They kept my car for nearly four months and kept giving me the runaround about when it would be repaired. Eventually, I gave up and came to pick up the car to take it somewhere else. They had the nerve to charge me $200 for “diagnostics” after keeping my car for so long without repairing it. I bought the car new from Nyle Maxwell Fiat but apparently Fiat is out of business! However, they still accept Fiats for repairs but they claim that they can’t get parts. I purchased an extended warranty when I bought the car but the service rep was quick to tell me that the problem with my car wasn’t covered by the warranty! Not that they could fix it anyway because he claimed that they couldn’t get replacement parts. Every time I called to check on the car someone either hung up or told me that my service rep wasn’t available. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place like the plague!

NEVER, EVER, EVER BUY A CAR FROM HERE. I bought a car here and I have replaced the engine, catalytic converter and more. They were finding every loop hole to NOT HELP ME nor will they take the car back. LEMON CENTRAL.

My service advisor Curtis does an outstanding job at the front end. Stays on top of you vehicles progress, and communicates with you throughout the service and repair. Johnny my technician is a very meticulous and knowledgeable. It shows in his quality of work. Being in the automotive and motorcycle industry most of my life. I can tell you that Johnny is a person who takes great pride in his work. Outstanding job to you both 👍
