Bought a used car
I bought a ford EcoSport from Nyle maxwell about a week ago, they said they did a multi-point inspection. which sounds good and everything, got it in my hands on Saturday drove it put the car in reverse and there is a noise coming from under the car, i took it to ford and they sent me pictures of the catalytic converter witch what maxwell had already said they did the pictures ford sent me they looked old and rusted. yellow paint on some of the parts which means they came from a junk yard. if you buy a car here, be ready to go to an actual dealership to get it fixed. the actual key to unlock the door never worked. manager says they don't check the actual keys they just make sure the fob works. They never informed me this car was in an accident. I went on carfax myself to get the report Myself after I discovered it myself

Waste of time and money
I have a cylinder 2 misfire on my 2017 Dodge Caravan which is apparently due to engine block defect requiring engine replacement or rebuild. I am one year out of warranty. Lamb’s Auto did diagnostics and gave me this info in a few hours. Nyle Maxwell service center took two weeks to tell me the same thing. I had to spend over $500 to rent a car because they took so long. Even though I had informed them about what Lamb’s had said. Also, I had to make my appointment with them several weeks ahead of time. I was able to get into Lamb’s in 2 days. Secondly, Nyle Maxwell service center ghosted me when I asked for an estimate on a new engine. They keep trying to sell me a new car, which I don’t want. So if you have lots of extra time and money to waste, this is the place for you.

Pretty much awesome
Second vehicle from this dealership in the last ten years. Completed satisfied with both purchases. The whole process was as easy as possible. Traded in two vehicles for a new 2500.

Many problems and issues.
Bought my car sight unseen on May 25, 2023. A 2021 Nissan Versa. It started out with cosmetic damage, which they fixed at no charge to myself. A dented hood, a mirror casing. Yellow adhesive was still around wheels when I got it back. When I got it back, I had to get the key fob programmed, the car had to be jump started two or three times that day. As of today, July 4, 2023, I’ve had to call roadside assistance twice due to a dead battery. Today is the third time that it will not start. Carfax shows that they did vehicle maintenance but isn’t part of that maintenance checking the battery?

Jeep wrangler order - honest, professional dealer
I ordered a new Jeep Wrangler Rubicon Xtreme Recon from Warren. He was hands down the best salesmen I have ever worked with.
