Great experience beginning to end.

Sales consultant was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful - helped me think through the right car and trim level based on my needs. Finance process was easy and whole team was super friendly.

Service

Service was cool rental was cool...I was made aware once there they could t pull warranty from other locations which made me work a bit and I wish they could’ve just found it all out sent me where everything was set to only drop off get a rental and leave without coming in..Only due to COVID-19

New car

New car purchase here was the same as most dealerships. It took some negotiating but came to an agreement we could both live with. I’m happy with my purchase.

Avoid this dealership!!

Sales people are warm and friendly, but upper management is anything but! They are unwilling to work with you to make a deal. Take your business elsewhere!!

Very professional salesman from the moment i got out of my car .Finance staff was incredible nice and professional . i was treated with the most unbelievable respect. I would recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle at nyle Maxwell super center.

Great experience until I was threatened at work

I purchased a 2020 compass for my son last weekend and had an excellent experience buying with John S. I walked in with my pre-approval, and knew exactly which vehicle I wanted to buy, so the transaction was fairly smooth and painless. I wrote a large check as a down payment, because the dealer only allows $2,500 to be put on a credit/debit card. (Understandable due to fees) Fast forward to Yesterday, and I received a call on my work cell phone from Michael Wilson who said he had a warrant for me for writing a bad check and would have to “come pick me up” if I didn’t go get a cashiers check and immediately take it to the dealership. I was scared, angry, and confused. I called my banker at Frost, who assured me that my account was in good standing, and that I had sufficient funds, and that the check had not been presented for payment. I called Ken in finance, and left 2 voicemails- he still has not returned a call. I then called my salesman who was surprised to hear this and took it to Sam Levine who called me and again said that I needed to bring a cashiers check. He did seem surprised that Mr. Wilson said what he did to me about a warrant and arresting me. I told them that if they had my original check to give back to me, I would bring a cashiers check. They did not have the check, only a copy. This morning I woke up to see that my check cleared my account last night. If I had gone to my bank and pulled out the money in a cashiers check, they would have been double paid, and I would have been left trying to get my money back. I am incredibly disappointed that this dealership paid someone to call and threaten me at work, 5 days after I bought a brand new car, and before they even talked to me. This is the most unprofessional thing I have ever heard of.
