This was the worst dealer experience that I've ever had. Whatever you do, avoid Nyle Maxwell! They are the low of the low, xxxx of the earth. Don't do business here.

Great deal in under 90 minutes
Mark Timm and Michael Hiler did a lot of work to get me in and out after driving from Florida to buy a truck. I will buy from them again when I need a car for my wife.

Disappointing Follow thru! Lies about little thing
To be fair, we had a good salesman, and we did a lot of work in advance to make the process so much easier when we got to the dealership. That being said, when they are willing to lie about small things, it makes you skeptical about what they’re telling you about the big things. They were offering referral bonuses, $100 per referral that ends in a purchase. I sent 3 family members to them. in less than 2 weeks. We received the bonus for the 3rd referral, but we never received it for the other 2. Two weeks after we received the one referral bonus, I called to check on the rest, and I was told it would be another 1-2 weeks. 3 1/2 weeks later, I called and left a voicemail for our salesman, no answer. A week later, I called and left a message for the finance guy. About 3 weeks later, I sent a message to the dealership. I got the immediate auto response, but then nothing since then. Very disappointed!!! Will not refer again. Again, if they’ll lie about the little things, what will they say about the big things.

Terrible service all the way around.
We purchased a used vehicle. To begin with when we purchased the vehicle they swore they were not going to run our credit because we had a pre approval and low and behold the next day we get an alert that our credit had infact been ran. That was the 1st of many issues. The vehicle started making noise the day after we bought it. We took it back to the dealership they said they would fix it they kept the vehicle for A-day we got it back it was still. We tried for 2 weeks to get ahold of someone and get someone to finally call us I it was calling and texting every day. Finally a gentleman called me who is very snarky and said that.. Telling me I could bring it in and they look at it but if it's not the original problem they're not gonna do anything so I clarified what work they had done it is in fact the work that they were supposed to doand they won't fix it. Gentleman was extremely rude laughed in my face said everybody there knew about it. I only wish I had seen these reviews before I had when perched to be had gone never would a purchase to be vehicle from them.

Sleazy: said they get enough customers as is
Started working with Roel about a used car. Was informed they had just gotten the car an hour or so ago and that it was going through inspection. As we continued to talk the rest of the day, i told him i was extremely interested and that my wife and i wanted to come look at it the following day. (We currently only have one car and my wife is unemployed). Following morning i informed that we will come at noon to look at it. As i was leaving already, got a message stating they let a walkin customer purchase that car even though customer came in just shopping around. It was my wife's dream car that is now gone. Then Roel started arguing and claiming he is a professional and experienced sales manager. Even made a bold enough comment that they have over 200 cars and dont need to wait for any clients.

Wonderful experience
From saleswoman to finance Dept were a huge impact In our sales experience. All were very displayed patience were informative and not overbearing at all. No pressure just helpful! Stephanie thank you for everything!

The best new car shopping experience ever!
I had looked everywhere from Austin to San Antonio and beyond for a new truck. The Nyle Maxwell Supercenter website was easy to use, thorough with excellent descriptions and pictures! Kudos to whoever maintains their website. The selection was the best for the Ram Laramie Longhorn trucks and the pricing was great compared to any other dealership. I inquired about a truck online and a salesperson emailed and he emailed me asking how I preferred to discuss the vehicle, text, email, or by phone call. He answered all my questions, sent me more pictures, and within 24 hours we were driving home in a beautiful truck. Everyone at this dealership was very professional, friendly, and informative. The weather was horrible and raining so the dealership offered to deliver the truck to us in San Antonio the next day if we didn’t want to drive it in the bad weather. Great experience! Worth the trip!

Great People
Megan and Daniel took great care of us when we bought a new minivan. Megan answered all the questions we had and had a great sense of humor, making things a lot more enjoyable- I hate car shopping. Daniel got us through the financing quickly and painlessly. We walked out of there with a good price based on my research. Overall, a good experience.
