Very impressive dealership! Service has been first rate. Complimentary rental vehicle when truck was in for a recall. Friendly and efficient staff. Doesn't get much better than that.

Purchase of a new Chrysler 300 from Nyle Maxwell

Worked with Lauren Johnson and Mr. Raul from finance. They were both the best. Had been at other dealerships looking into purchasing a vehicle and it was a headache elsewhere.

Oil change

Everyone is always helpful and very friendly. I have never felt so comfortable in a dealership before. It is also very clean and organized. Plus they offer great deals!

Car Maintenance

Anthony Clements assisted me in the services department. He was fast, efficient and pleasant to work with. It tends to take most of the day before I hear back from services stating maintenance/fixes are completed. Not so on this day. Dropped off the vehicle at 7am and got a text from Anthony about certain maintenance costs, then got another text from him about 2 hours later that my vehicle was ready. I'll definitely use Anthony moving forward.

Ashlee was very professional and handled all my service needs in timely she put me a another Cherokee while she handled my paperwork and got my recalls fixed for my Grand Cherokee.

Stereotypical used car salesmen

I recently worked with the used car department on purchasing a car I've really been wanting. On a Monday I was in contact with a sales person where we exchanged emails on the vehicle I wanted along with all of my expectations. Credit reports, trade in payoff, trade in mileage, my acceptable monthly payments, etc... The next day I was informed that everything looked to be in order and set an appointment up for Friday morning because I travel during the week for work and have no time to waste half a day at a dealership. The appoint was also to confirm trade in conditions and to finalize financing to take delivery of the car. The entire week I was very excited about the car because it was the one I wanted 2 years ago and this would have been my 2nd purchase from this location. I arrived to my early Friday morning appointment only to have my expectations crushed just when I thought there was an easy, respectable way to have a transaction in the car purchasing process. Instead of informing me Tuesday that they could not meet my expectations they waited for me to get emotionally attached to the purchase and hit me for an additional $10k Friday morning. Due to the lack of respect for me and my time I will never consider purchasing from this dealer group again. I will take my perfect credit score and flawless payments to another dealer that can appreciate me. If this deal went through it would have been my 4th car purchase from the Nyle Maxwell family of dealerships.
