Never Happy
Unfortunately nobody is ever "happy" when going through the process of buying a new car. But at the end of the day we paid a fair price for a great vehicle. My trade, like everybody else's, is worth more in my mind than you could justify. Just the nature of the transaction. Left in a new Grand Cherokee Overland and a fair deal.

Worst used car manager Nick Rios and worst service
Worst customer service they won't go down on the prices marked on the car they and will give you lowball trade in they will not negotiate. Save yourself time and money buy from another dealership.

Hey Annie and Nick, We're sorry you feel this way. I thought after our conversation Saturday night that you would be bringing in your SRT8 Challenger with 93,000 miles for me to look at in person so that I could get you a more accurate appraisal. Nick, like we discussed on Saturday it is very hard to give an exact value on such a special car with that type of mileage without seeing it and driving it. We also spoke about some things on our car and I did say I would work with you on price and trade. For example, I remember that you didn't like the headrest and the side exhaust and I mentioned we could fix both if needed. I tried you on both numbers yesterday and again I apologize for any misunderstanding, but I would still love to earn your business.
