Always treated like you are their top priority.

This is a great dealership, we have been several times to have oil changes, recalls , whatever and they are always so nice and always do our work in a timely manner. This is exceptional to me because we did not buy our vehicle from them. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good dealership that will be there and is willing to help you in any way they can.

Service with a smile.

We highly recommend Ross Downing as all the departments from sales to service are wise, courteous and caring family people. Although I am not good with names we have no complaints on any of the staff.

They got back to me very fast .

Though I was not able to buy my truck their they were very helpful . The truck sold before I could get by there .

The sales department staff was great!

The sales staff and everyone there were very friendly and made the experience of buying a new vehicle very easy and comfortable. My son will need a car in the coming months and I will definitely be back. I will recommend this dealership to any of my family and friends.

Never let them "look" at your car.

State Farm insurance recommended this dealer for a possible claim on my insurance. It had been looked at by a tire company that charged me $30, to check it out, but they weren't able to fix it, so it was towed to this dealership. I was charged $294, for a 2 hour diagnostic check, for a hole in a hose. State Farm needs to wake up and find another recommendation for it's customer, but this was totally a rip off, to hold my car hostage until the fee was paid.
