Everyone was very helpful and courteous. I made an appointment and received an confirmation. When I came in to drop my truck off I was told I had appointment. The gentleman that was helping me was able to find a slot for me and was able to get my truck serviced. Thanks for the help in getting this done. Outstanding Dealership

We have purchased two new vehicles, 2012 Equinox & 2016 Colorado. The purchase process was very well handled. Each & every time I bring either vehicle in for service I am always met with a professional, courteous, well informed staff. They explain what service will be conducted & keep me apprised of the progress. At the end I receive a complete detailed recap of the services.

Great Place to find a vehicle.

I went to Ross Downing Chevrolet to test drive an Acura. When I arrived the salesman had it cranked and ac going strong. I didn't end up getting the Acura but I left with my dream car. A Cadillac SRX loaded with anything I could imagine. Joey Taylor was our salesman and did an awesome job. Everything was great!!!!!

very happy customer

Salesman was very polite sincere and just easy to work with. Got me where I wanted to be and gave me a great fair deal on new truck and my trade in. I am very happy with Mike Grady and was also recommended to him by an uncle. Thanks for his hard and diligent work and making me feel comfortable and happy with my purchase. Also returned for my one year maintenance program and was in and out. Ross downing is a great place and will do business in the future

Great service

I brought my vehicle in for service and had them check for some noise in the front end. They found the problem and fixed it for me. The staff was very courteous. I was a few minutes early for my appointment, but they took my vehicle right in. I am very well satisfied with Ross Downing.
