My wife and I went to Covert Chevrolet Hutto to look for

My wife and I went to Covert Chevrolet Hutto to look for a vehicle. I was approached by sales associate Brian Brown who was very courteous and friendly. He immediately asked us the right questions like type of car, price range etc. He knew of several vehicles right away and said he could also check inventory in the computer. He took us to the Vehicles and we went for test rides in several vehicles. Brian answered all our questions on each vehicle in a very professional way. I could tell he knew so much on the various makes. We found a beautiful car that was perfect for our needs. Brian worked up a very good price and we agreed to it. Brian got all the paperwork ready quickly and we closed the deal without taking a long time. We were very satisfied with our experience purchasing a vehicle at this dealership and the excellent help from Brian.

Called about SUV. Told it was very clean. Got there and it was dirty, had stains, smelt bad, and scratches all over clear coat. Salesman didn’t seem to have to much remorse. Just acted like it would sell to someone eventually.

Joshua Alvarado was very compassionate, patient, but very professional in helping us find our SUV on January 16,2022. We were so impressed by his caring personality and felt very confident about our purchased at Covert Hutto that we returned to this dealership a week later . On January 23, once again Joshua Alvarado worked diligently to help my husband find a truck that he was comfortable with . We made our second purchase from Joshua!! I took my 2020 Buick enclave in, on November 22, 2021. I...

I took my 2020 Buick enclave in, on November 22, 2021. I thought it had transmission issues. They looked at it, and said there were metal shavings in the pan. So they were going to remove the transmission to find the cause. Well fast forward to Jan. 5th 2022. They still haven't done anything to the vehicle. We've been without our vehicle, for 6 weeks. Mean while our service advisor, was not very helpful at all. We picked up the car Jan 5th 2022. Proceeded to tke it to Rush Chevrolet in Elgin. They looked it over, and said nothing is wrong with the transmission. The transmission pan was never dropped, like covert said it was. So we were out of a car 6 weeks, for no reason. We got a bulletin, from Rush Chevrolet, explaining the way it shifts. Thank you, Rush Chevrolet. I will never take my vehicle to Covert Chevy again!!

Plum pathetic is all I can say. I inquired about a vehicle on cargurus, that is where it started. Then I contacted Covert in Hutto,Tx., regarding a 1999 Toyota 4 runner. Immediately like rapid fire 3 different sales people texted me and called me. The general manager was first. When I started asking questions, I got nothing but crickets in return. One sales man stated the vehicle was there and quoted me a crazy price of $7,000. I said $3,500 and he said, that sounded fair. Jeff said the vehicle was sold and not there however it just posted and I was told by another salesman it was there. It shows on their website and cargurus that it is there. Sad and very pitiful that a dealership does not know what in the xxxx they are doing and one hand does not speak to the other. There is a reason car salesmen are the most disrespected occupation per Gallup.
