Staff was friendly and professional. Went the extra mile to explain what was wrong with my car and how the parts will make my car perform better. I bought an exceptionally prices Toyota Prius from Covert Ford. The process was so streamlined that I almost couldn't even tell what was happening. John Cuellar was very friendly and answered all my questions to the best of his ability (the Prius was a little out of our comfort zones as this is a Ford dealership). The finance woman who worked with me (Abbe? I'm so bad with names) was an absolute dream and I loved her very much. She also answered all of my questions, and made me feel at ease. It was hard for me to sign the papers and take on new debt as I currently have loads of student debt. We had a very good and respectful conversation about politics and it was so nice to have met her. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

Take all the hassle out of buying a new vehicle. Tim Jones is by far the best car sales professional I've ever worked with. No pressure, looks out for what your needs and wants are in a vehicle, and then delivers. I've done business with Tim and the Covert dealership for years and will continue in the future.

The buy process was very fast. We already found another mini van from a diff. dealer when I left a message from Covert Hutto's website to call back on a van I'm interested. John called back and told me a price that I think it's reasonable and no game play. I came the next day and bought the van. I would give 5 stars if I received the $20 giftcard John was supposed to send it to me in exchange for the brake-light not working and my husband needed to replace the bulb. It's been over a month, and I still haven't received the gift card yet.

I was in the Austin area when I stumbled upon this yellow Corvette Stingray out on display. I didn't want to stop in at the time, so I called the dealership and was put in contact with a very personable sales rep named Roy Martinez. He wasn't pushy, seemed very honest, and worked diligently to get my deal done. He kept me informed with the loan process, responded to all my emails and texts, and even checked up with me after the sale. Overall, the experience with the entire team at Hutto was excellent.

I came out of a retail store and found that my driver side mirror was crushed on my Ford 150. Covert is my dealership and I took it in for an assessment for repair. I was greeted by Deryal Markham who quickly took the details, had the truck pulled into the shop and had me an repair estimate within 20 minutes. Deryal also acted as the point person for my claims adjuster and provided all the relevant information. I have a follow-up next week to get the work done. I always take my truck back to Covert Hutto!

I want to start by thanking Matt Mahan for going above and beyond what I call the call of duty my wife and I started the buying process our cars March 1 but would not actually take possession of the cars until March 25, the day we closed on our new house. During the 3 to 4 weeks Matt was very helpful and patient because the cars we were looking for where not very common but Matt did his homework found us my wife's Escalade and my SRX, I don't know of too many people that would be patient enough to wait four weeks for a sale. I I don't know of too many people that would be patient enough to wait four weeks for a sale. my wife and I were both very pleased with the cars customer service Mr. Matt and covert. The next time we are looking for a car we will look up Matt and if we know of anyone that needs a car we will send them to covert to talk to Matt as well.
