I was at another dealership looking to buy a new truck. They did not seem interested in my business so I called Kelly Lemmons at Covert Hutto and told him what I was looking for. He was very helpful, told me he had what I was looking for and wanted my business. When I arrived, he already had the truck pulled up front for me to look at. He was sincere, answered all my questions and did not try to sell me something I did not want. The purchasing process was simple, straight-forward and within a couple of hours I was driving away in a new Silverado. I will definitely shop this dealership again.

I have been taking my 2012 Ford Edge to Covert Hutto since I purchased the vehicle. Jason Kelly has taken care of the Edge's needs since the beginning. Jason is one of the biggest assets that Covert Hutto Ford has, his honesty, knowledge and he knows you and your car. Besides Jason, the service crew is the best never have had an issue with returning because they missed something, it is done right the first time and you are on your way in a short enough time. Great personal service.

Most of all we'd like to say thanks to Matt Mahan for working with us via telephone since we are from out of town. Matt was very helpful in answering all our questions prior to our visit and we were very pleasantly surprise when we found he had represented the vehicle exactly as it was, absolutely no surprises. I just purchased my third new vehicle and fifth overall from Cover Ford and each time I have used Chad Cox as my salesman. Chad has continued to impress. His knowledge and personality shine through and he has never once tried to take advantage of me or my wife during the purchasing process as some car salesmen do, Of Course, I always do my research first. I have sent several family members and friends to Covert and I have never heard a bad review from any of them. Once you make it past the purchasing process and actually get the vehicle on the street the service department is second to none. Of course you are going to pay more for servicing, because its a dealer, but here again, I have never felt one time that they were taking advantage of me in the pricing or diagnosis of any of my vehicles. I would definitely recommend Covert Ford to anyone.

I was in need of a used vehicle with fairly low payments. I found myself at Covert Chevrolet in Hutto where I immediately found the small SUV I was looking for thanks to the salesman, Brian Brown. Brian went out of his way to find what I was looking for. There was no pressure. Brian seemed to be able to help more than one customer at a time pleasantly. The financial part was very pleasant also - with no problems thanks to the man in that dept. No pressure there either. I would not hesitate to buy another new or used vehicle from this dealership and this salesman. I can honestly say Brian Brown is a step above the average auto sales person, as Cover Hutto is also.

Brian Brown sold us our new truck. It was a great experience. He showed us so many trucks... We really wanted to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. He never tried to pressure us or hurry us up...and this took us 2 days to finally pick exactly what we wanted! And we love our new truck!

Deryal Markham always sees to the repairs on my Escape. He lets me know any issues that need to be addressed, such as brakes and tires. This is the only place I have had service my Escape since I purchase it there in 2011. 93,000 miles and it is still running like new. I am very satisfied with their service and staff.

Tim Jones was my salesman. He was kind, knowledgeable and not pushy! We told him what we could afford, he gave us our choices and we picked! The process was simple and smooth. We love our new 2016 Traverse!
