Service is wonderful!
Getting my car serviced these days is “no problem”. Always greeted with smiles and courtesy, I feel very comfortable knowing the Mazda is in good hands. I also look forward to the video that carefully explains what the mechanic is doing and any problem areas. This is the best thing for me since my knowledge of car engines is very limited. Seeing the video and close-ups of the parts in question in the engine or tire areas is a must as far as I’m concerned. Thank you for being so thorough and pleasant!

I’m always amazed at the service I get at Mazda in Georgetown. They are timely, professional, accommodating and friendly. I especially like the video I get from the service dept regarding the work. And, Richard Grimm is the best! He explains in detail the service visit. He’s an asset to your company.

Wow. Bought 6 cars from this dealership since 2004. Trying to buy a replacement 3 for one a moron kid destroyed when he t-boned my wife. Treatment today is less than optimal, to be kind. Re the "1" for quality of repairs - talk to me about my RX8.

a very good experience.Drove a Demo home so my wife could drive it.They were able to find the new 2020 Cx 9 that we wanted.Joe was a great salesman.Very helpfully.All the people at closing were very good.
