Always a job well done

Great job on my scheduled maintenance and state inspection. Love the videos of the overall check of my car. They checked my tires, brakes and fluids.

Routine maintenance

Always a knowledgeable, thorough and timely experience. Richard and the rest of the staff are great to work with. This is our 7th Mazda in our family and we give the Georgetown location rave reviews!!

Routine Servicing, oil change, tire rotation, filt

Received the usual outstanding service from Richard and the crew! Couldn't rate a 5 for facilities since they're operating out of portables during remodeling. But the care exercised during this trying time of Covid 19, these folks are the best.

Great Customer Service

Wally was so helpful and knowledgeable of the vehicles. He answered every question I had and was so thorough when explaining my new vehicle. He was never pushy and always patient. Can’t say enough wonderful things about my car buying experience. Roger Beasley has some of the best customer service around.

Great buying experience with the sales team.

Best experience i had in a long time buying a car. Every aspect along the way went effortless. The sales team didnt push the sale or try make me buy what i didnt need. Great sales team. I would recommend anybody to stop by.

Wasted my time without remorse

Patient enough to wait 30 min while they searched for keys. Car was at different location, so they said. Scheduled an appointment - and cancelled other visits since I was going to "buy" this car. Turned out that car wasn't even available - it had sold before they even posted online... Incompetence across the Mazda team.
