Best shopping experience as a woman
Crystal and Kelly really stepped the game up for my car shopping experience. I was not happy that I had to buy a car due to being in a car accident. When I first got to the dealership I talked to Kelly and we went over all my fiscal options to give me the best bang for my buck. Luckily I was paired up with Crystal and we ended up finding me the the car I didn't even know that I wanted. I absolutely love it and AM so thankful to have such a easy experience with these two ladies. Being a woman it's rare that we find other women working in sales at dealerships. I would highly encourage any woman buying a vehicle to reach out to these two women so you can enjoy a fast-moving process that will not BS you.

Great Experience!
No hassle, no fuss. I went in with a solid loan and they took the time to get me a better one. Sales service is friendly and relaxed and I got a free soda! Oh...also I bought a car!

Another Great Purchase
I visited Roger Beasley Mazda Georgetown for a routine service on my current CX-5 lease, which was expiring in 3 months. While waiting, my husband and I were wanting to explore our end-of-lease options. I was considering buying my CX-5 outright, but was also interested in upgrading to a CX-9. We wandered around the small showroom for quite a while and no one ever acknowledged us, which was surprising. When Alexandra approached us, she was low-key and friendly. We explained our concerns and she went right to work on getting us info on all the options we were pondering. She and the finance officer were very helpful and accommodating. We got exactly what we wanted (and more) and everyone we dealt with that day was extremely professional. My only complaint was in having to wait so long to be helped. My husband and I are very decisive and pretty easy-going. So anyone who had approached us would have made a sale that day. But Alexandra was the only person who acknowledged us, and I'm very glad she did. We loved her!

Greatest experience in a long time!
ll employees were terrific with uncompromising service! Great selection of vehicles to look at and all were clean and in top shape! We bought a Jeep and it was like-new with low miles and priced right! Love this place!

Delivered as Promised
Drove from Houston to get the color and year model I wanted. Negotiated a deal, including a trade-in site unseen. Was worried that after driving 2-1/2 hours to get there that the deal might change, but I was not disappointed. Everyone was very friendly and professional. Got the deal I was promised, and was in and out in less than two hours, including a test drive of the new vehicle.

Excellent service without a long wait
Really like the video inspection that is emailed to you while you're waiting. Explanations of needed service are clear. Waiting area is well-supplied with snacks and drinks and the restrooms are clean.

I went into the Mazda dealership for a recall issue. I had an appointment and was helped immediately by Shaun Sanders. Shaun was courteous, knowledgeable, and informative. The waiting area was clean, had coffee, and snacks. The repair took the amount of time I had been advised. It was a good experience.
