Excellent service

I bought my first car 2022 mazda CX-5 and the process of purchasing the car was a breeze 5 stars to the agent Isaac who assisted me with the test drive and was surprised that my chosen car was available same day and was delivered to my address after 2 days.Looking forward to excellent service from this dealership on my first maintenance check.

Supplement car not provided during routine service

During service they don't provide supplement car and customer is made to wait at the service station for 11/2 to 2 hrs wasting their time.

fast efficient

Mazda fuel pump recall. Work was done quickly and efficiently. They also checked all the fluids and aired the tires. Car runs great. I also like the little video they do

Great service

Courtney and the service team, ALWAYS give great service. I trust them with my car without question. They give me updates on site. I love the video review of my car. They tech shares information that makes sense to the regular consumer.They are great!

Top notch service experience!

Took my car in for routine service. Was greeted by Zsolt, the service advisor. Before taking my car in he did mention that it would take atleast 2 hours. I didn't expect it would be that long, especially being a weekday and I had other meetings scheduled that day. Zsolt did admit that they're short of loaner cars but he'll see what he can do. 30 minutes had passed while I was in the waiting room, in comes Zsolt saying he's managed to secure a loaner for me. After a few signatures, I stepped out and was handed keys to a brand new, top-of-the-line CX50. Now that was a pleasant surprise. Truly amazing service! I was able to wrap up a couple of meetings and my car was ready to be picked up. Truly amazing While I can't speak for the sales aspect of this dealership as I did not buy my car from them, their service department is absolutely fantastic! Damien is another service advisor there who goes the extra mile to ensure the service experience is world-class. Oh and that short video they send you giving you a rundown of your car while it's on the workshop floor is another thoughtful touch. Keep it up, Roger Beasley Mazda of Georgetown. Your service staff deserve all the recognition and appreciation.

It is always a great experience! The service department is courteous and respectful. I took car for the 25,000 mile service and state inspection and they finished it up within an hour.

Service exceptional

I didn’t have an appointment for an oil change at their Georgetown location but they got me out in a hour. They treat each client Iike a vip. I like how they send their clients a video of the service report. Love their service... takes an oil change to the next level.
