45,000 mile oil change & tire rotation
Good service, done in a timely fashion at a reasonable price. Very thorough & reporting as services were performed. Good waiting are with coffee, snacks, water, & tv.

Top Notch dealership - sales, repairs, maintenance
Roger Beasley Mazda Georgetown, Texas, is what every car dealership wants to be, should be - customer friendly, well maintained, excellent service, informative staff from service desk technicians, car salesmen, car technicians and more. I have been driving Mazdas since 2010. Prior to this I had new Fords, Hondas, and others. I have either purchased or leased during this time - 4 Mazda3 vehicles. No mechanical breakdowns at all. Quality workmanship. Well made car. On June 15, 2022, I went in to exercise the buy-out option of my 2019 leased Mazda 3. I met with James Brewer - an outstanding salesman as well as an outstanding person - my opinion after just a few minutes of conversation. Mr. Brewer spoke with me about the various options I needed to consider if I wanted to exercise the buy-out option of the lease. This is what I intended to do. Ultimately I met with Jason Covault, the contract person who presented and advised me as to possible maintenmce and car warranty extensions. He very patiently showed me my options that could be included in monthly payments if I decided to go that route. We spent easily 30 minutes calculating and recalculating options and the monetary changes with each of the many options until I made a decision. No hard or soft sale during this time. Meanwhile Mr. Brewer was having my Mazda3 serviced, washed, detailed, filled with gas and since I added a windshield option, taking care of that. Finally the car was ready. That morning I arrived with a clean thoroughly impressive Mazda3. At 2:30 I was looking at what seemed like a different car - shiny, beaming, glowing. I was blown away by my car. The guys who actually washed and detailed my car went the extra mile so to speak. Again I was thoroughly impressed and pleased. I didn't know that type of transformation was possible when the car was already highly presentable. So YES, I highly recommend Roger Beasley Mazda of Geordetown.

Outstanding dealership & customer service
I love the video they provide by the mechanic when I've had my car in for service. He explains the work he did and gives an evaluation of the "health" of my vehicle.

First Rate Sales and Service
3 years ago we had our easiest car buying experience ever when we bought our CX-5. Charles Turner was capable, friendly, and made it simple for us. Service after the sale is the same high quality. We got a nail in the right rear tire, went in on a Saturday morning with no appointment, and Courtney Evans worked hard to make sure we were taken care of. He even squeezed in an oil change so we wouldn't have to return in two weeks for that. This is a great place to do business; strongly recommended.

Unannounced surprise!
My 2021 Mazda 6 developed a leak in left rear tire. I took it to Roger Beasley in Georgetown TX without appointment -- just drove to Service Dept. An hour later, tire was patched and I was handed the keys. No charge. In my career I have probably visited and inspected over 100 dealerships. I consider Beasley to be top of the heap.
