Beasley Georgetown- Best Buying Experience Ever

Great experience! Less hectic location Very clean, non cluttered and bright Non pushy staff and easy negotiation Car detailed well and Adel spent an hour with me doing a full walkthrough of the car, buttons, how to’s, and the app.

Great Experience

Rick Tygret made my purchase a super easy and enjoyable experience. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the various features of the models I was interested in. Rick was available when I needed him and answered all my questions. I was very comfortable working with him and made my purchase with a great deal of confidence.

Above and Beyond

Krystal Hill-Product Specialist,went above and beyond with the care and professionalism she provided. Made the process of buying ,carefree and relaxing. Went out of her way to provide a bow on the car that I bought, to surprise my wife with. Her idea. Cant Thank her enough.

Very Pleasant Experience

I worked with Adel Saleh to buy my used Honda Accord. He was polite and professional throughout the experience, and at no time was their any kind of hard selling pressure. I was a car salesman at one time, and knowing the car business, I highly recommend this dealership.

Wonderful Experience

James was our salesman. He was wonderful to work with….no pressure at all. Delivery of the MX-5 was a great experience. He showed me how to use the infotainment system and he connected my phone to Apple Play. He introduced us to the Service Manager too. Oh, by the way, they have ice cream!!!!

Found my car!!

Ask for Tony at the Georgetown dealership. He helped us right away finding the car we were looking for. Great experience! Highly recommend him and of course the dealership to that extent.

Deceptive Practices

I was ready to buy a car. I went to Beasley Cenral and agreed a deal. Unfortunately, they seem to have a deceptive BAIT AND SWITCH sales plan there. They had the car I wanted and we agreed a price, Beasley gave me no discounts but did match what I had been offered elsewhere for my trade in. While I took my daughter to her eye doctor appointment they said they would complete the paperwork for me. I was happy. When I returned 1 1/2 hour later to sign, I found the deal had been changed, I was told the car I intended to buy was unavailable and the trade in price for my car was lowered by $700, (more than 5% reduction). I was then told the only car they had for me was one priced $3,000 more (10% up from what I was originally offered). Seems to me I was experiencing the classic, illegal, fraud know as Bait and Switch. I also found later that there was an additional incentive I should have been given, $750 loyalty incentive was I have another Mazda registered to my home. They did verify this other Mazda was registered at my home. I went to this dealership, prepared to pay a fair price for a new car. Why did Roger Beasley act so disreputably?! Was it a bad apple sales person? Standard practice? Your guess is as good as mine. Avoid this dealer if you can. San Antonio, so close to Austin, has multiple other dealerships. That is where I am going to buy.

Most professional all around experience.

I visited several dealerships before finding this one. The sales people and staff seemed to be a “cut above” the rest. The show room is immaculate and has several different rooms which cater to the needs and comfort of their customers. My salesperson was meticulous in helping me with my car choice and in helping me learn the ins and outs of the car my husband and I chose. We are seniors and wanted to feel comfortable with the car’s technology. Our salesman was thorough and offered to have us return to answer any questions we might have. I feel their help will allow me get the most from my vehicle. They were the best!
