Noted defaults on my new car

Manner of approach , brought 2019 CX9 to service department because of manufacturers default . The manager on duty was questioning me if I want him to wash the Care, indicating that my car was dirty and that default was not there. That statement was condescending and rude.

Professional, personable service!

We went shopping for a used car yesterday and had an excellent experience at Roger Beasely Mazda in Georgetown. Everyone we spoke with was polite, respectful, and considerate while we were discussing our options. They had plenty of used vehicles in great condition. Our sales representative, Derrick, was so helpful and friendly! We're so thankful for their time and couldn't be happier with our new purchase.

Great customer service

Roger Beasley Mazda in Georgetown has an outstanding group of individuals employed there. I just traded in my older model Mazda for a new one. We were lucky enough to get the same salesperson as we had 3 years ago. Wally goes out of his way to please! Thank you for taking care of us!

No Stress Car Buying

Absolutely the least stressful car buying process I have ever had. No games- just upfront honest sales with courtesy and respect for the customer! Many finance options to chose from and super huge inventory of vehicles- LOVE my new MAZDA!
