Great customer service

Came in 45 minutes before closing, James was quick to greet us and ask if we had any questions. He didn't hover but kept nearby and was readily available to answer our questions. We had a bad online experience but we're glad we came in. James and Rusty really turned it around. Thank you for a great experience!

Internet purchase

I purchased a used vehicle online, and had it shipped to me. Although I had not done this before, and had some reservations, Mark helped me through the process, and I was happy with the car I bought.

Another great visit

I recently took my leased Mazda CX-5 in for its 15,000 mile oil change/service. As usual, the service was great and I didn't wait very long. I was able to schedule my service ahead of time online, and make notes of other areas on my car that needed to be looked over. My service adviser, Damien, was completely professional and polite. He answered all my questions, and gave me every option when a nail was found in my tire side wall. I was never pressured into anything, but was always cautioned about the safety of my options.

Steering Vibration

Wheel allignment and four wheel balancing reduced the problem but did not totally fix it. Service writer was excellent and the vehicle was ready when promised and

Highly recommend

They only place you need to shop for a used car!

I purchased a 2016 Mazda CX5. The service was great, I got the lowest price possible and my first scheduled service was timely and professional. I love this place, highly recommend.

Awesome Salesman

DJ was a great fit for us. There was zero pressure or any attempt to up-sell. He was very knowledgeable about option packages. No games at all. We asked for a certain trim-line and color combo and he knew immediately that he had a vehicle that met our wishes. He didn’t need an I-pad to hunt it. Within 2 minutes we were looking at the CX-5 that we purchased. Great job and thank you DJ!

Excellent service!

I had my Mitsubishi in for an oil change and check up. Scheduling online was so easy, service prompt, employees friendly and helpful. I was in and out in an hour! The waiting room was clean, provided coffee and snacks, a nice work space and/or comfy chairs for watching TV or reading. I highly recommend Mazda Georgetown!
