Extremely satisfied

James and Bob made the endeavor of purchasing my first car a lot easier. I felt confident in my investment and I absolutely adore my new car. Very professional and not pushy or your generic car dealer attitudes I saw at other spots.

Good experience with used car shopping

DJ helped us as he had with a prior purchase. No pressure, answered questions and wanted us to be happy with our choice. Relaxed experience and thorough info.

So pleased!!

I had a great experience with Mazda. James was so nice and helped me pick the perfect car. Josh was also great and did was really helpful when figuring out our financing. I was a first time buyer and they made everything super easy. I would highly recommend visiting them!

Trading in for a new Mazda3

Was helped initially by Wally when I went in w my husband to look at some Mazda3 hatchbacks. He was very helpful and gave us a “sight-unseen” quote for our trade in. I returned the next day and Wally was unavailable, but I was helped by James who was able to pick up right where Wally had left off, I got a much better offer for my trade-in and we were able to make the deal! Great service and a great, no pressure buying experience! Thanks Wally and James!

bait and switch

Made an appointment to see a vehicle. Was told the vehicle was "sold yesterday". Somehow this vehicle was sold before I made the appointment but I was given no warning whatsoever until I actually showed up. Then tried to sell other cars that were not very good deals

No pressure, friendly and personable sales team

Purchased a used truck from this dealership. Friendly interactions from start to finish and experienced no pressure what-so-ever when I asked for a day to think over the offer. The salesman, "Wally" and the sales manager "Taylor" were both incredibly professional while building a great customer rapport along the way. Satisfied with the final deal as it was extremely fair and never a painful negotiation, they listen to your needs and requirements and do everything within their power to make it happen. Finance process was a breeze and the finance manager did a fantastic job of explaining every single detail. The truck was cleaned and detailed exceptionally well when the deal was done and was hard to tell it was used. I have to say this was definitely one of the more enjoyable experiences with a car dealership!
