My service rep Richard wasn?t in a good mood. He was short bordering on rude. It was my first oil choff of my visit which is probably why he wasn?t friendly. Just because someone is good at making money doesn?t mean their manner of earning it is acceptable. I won?t be going back to Roger Beasley for !

GREAT Dealership!!
Great place to buy a car!! They worked with us in all aspects of buying a car! From showing us a perfect car for our needs! On January 30th of 2018 I had my car worked on at this facility. The customer service was great and the workers attended to me within reason. So overall the job got done I'm satisfied with the brake job. If you do end up going to this place I would recommend you to see Richard Grimm, he was very helpful and has very exceptional customer service and understands customers.

Service above and beyond
Went in for periodic service on our CX-5 plus a nail in the right rear tire. Surprised that I didn?t have road hazard for the tires. Oh well. All set to pay for it as it had to be replaced; not repairable. When called to pick up the vehicle, I was told no charge for the tire. Remarkable! It is a very pleasant surprise and if this is normal treatment, it can not be beaten by any other dealership.

Oil change
Very friendly staff. Today?s visit was a bit lengthy. Appt at 11 and I didn?t leave until 12:45. I had oil change and tire rotation. Maybe short handed. Don?t know.
