Great experience at Roger Beasley Mazda

Was visiting from out of town. In the market to replace my trusty minivan for a new vehicle and decided to spend Memorial Day test driving vehicles. My mother and I literally hopped from one dealer to the next trying out new SUVs. From the moment we stepped into Roger Beasley Mazda we felt welcomed and were met by an enthusiastic and experienced car salesman by the name of Wally. He listened to my needs/wants in the SUV I was looking for and took us for a test drive of the new CX-9. Wally carefully demonstrated each and every feature on the car. So not only did we hear about all those bells and whistles...we got to see how they actually worked. What a difference maker!!! No other dealership took the time to demonstrate them. Needless to say the vehicle sold itself and out performed the others. However if it weren’t for Wally’s time and knowledge in making those features stand out, I wouldn’t have made it back. Customer service pops at Roger Beasley...when I came back later in the day to buy the CX-9, Wally told me the one I liked had sold. But he quickly jumped on the computer and not only located one, but he went and picked it up in South Austin and brought it back to Roger Beasley in Georgetown just so I could see it and drive it. Nothing like good ole southern hospitality ! Needless to say I am a proud owner of a new CX-9 and loving it! Had to make a 4 hr drive back home so Patrick in finance moved thru the purchase piece of the deal quickly but thoroughly and had me back on the road in no time. The next day, Wally texted me just to be sure I got back ok. Now THAT is going above and beyond. And THAT is what Roger Beasley Georgetown is all about. Check them out. They will not disappoint.

Great Buying Experience

My wife and I purchased a new CX5. Overall the experience was top notch. Our salesman (Dennis) was outstanding. Very attentive, patient, friendly, and customer focused. The sales process never felt pushy like we've experienced at other dealerships. Employees grilled hot dogs and burgers in honor of Memorial Day which was a nice touch. The dealership was professional, but the reason we bought the car is because of Dennis and the way we were treated as customers.

Stress free buying experience

Went in for a test drive and left with a car. I did not feel pressured to buy and I got a great deal. Steven was very knowledgeable and made the process extremely easy.

Found my car. Love it. Mazda3 is sporting and fun.

I do business in Killeen. Service department is excellent. Treat me as family. Personnel in Georgetown very nice. Could not do enough for me. Would recommend this dealership.

No pressure, comfortable buying experience.

Showed us exactly what we wanted. Listened to our needs and did not try to upgrade us to a different car. It was a hot day, so they brought cars of interest up to the showroom rather than have us walk the lot.

Outstanding Service Department

I have been taking my cars for service here for over 7 years. Best dealer service department I have ever dealt with. Richard Grimm goes above and beyond every time to make sure you are satisfied.

Great Experience!

I don?t have any knowledge of their repairs just yet as I haven?t gone in for one, but my buying experience was excellent. My sales rep, Steven Ratcliff, was helpful, knowledgeable and prompt. We encountered several issues when we tried to test drive the particular vehicle I wanted (it was blocked in by other cars), and both Steven and the gentleman that came to help, Brian, were courteous and apologetic for the delay. The explained each part of the process and made sure I was comfortable and understood before moving on to the next step. Overall, my experience buying at Roger Beasley Mazda was great!
