CX-5 Experience

We've been looking for a CX-5 for a month and were ready to pull the trigger. We worked with Terrance Moorer who was fantastic. I gave him the VIN of the CX-5 we found on their website, and he and the staff had it ready for demo very quickly. Terrance knew the answer to every question we had about the vehicle, and gave us a ton of info about it. Be sure to ask for Terrance if possible if you decide to shop at RB Georgetown. The only downsides to our experience was huge wait after we decided to purchase it - we were told there was only one finance specialist available for that Saturday, which meant a many hour wait. The other negative was not telling the cost of the very expensive base-level extended warranty before wrapping it into the total price of the car. The paperwork had to be completely redone when we got to the last page that showed all of the charges. Instead of telling us the cost ahead of time, we were told "we can get the payments to $xxx per month". Ask what they want to charge you first!

Excellent buying experience!

I met with Terrence Moorer of Roger Beasley Mazda to test drive a new 2016 Mazda 6. Terrence was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and passionate about Mazda products. After test driving the Honda Accord and Nissan Maxima, I decided to buy the Mazda 6. I was impressed with how professional and helpful Terrence was in helping me get a great deal on my new car and trade. He even drove me to another Mazda dealer to pick up the exact car I wanted! Simply put, this was the best car buying experience I've ever had. And, not surprisingly, I wouldn't hesitate to buy another car from Terrence--and will definitely recommend him to my friends and family when they're in the market for a new car.

Great Experience from Start to Finish

I went in to trade a Ford Focus for a Mazda3. My sales rep, Justin Chavez, was awesome! He was knowledgeable about the car and all the features, helped me find the right car, and was super cool while waiting for the paper work to get started. If you want to buy a Mazda, go in and ask for Justin!

Excellent experience

I was not sure if i really wanted to buy a new vehicle, but it was getting time with the millage on my car. i went in with negative attitude which was quickly changed DJ Moasser, the sale consultant. He addressed my every concern and treated me respect, warmth, and understanding. He helped in every area of the buying process and made this process a quick and satisfying as possible.

Worth the wait

I've been in the market for a few years now and was never really sure what I wanted. I knew what I liked but those were two different things. Lol. Terrance was one of the first people I met when I started. I got a great feeling that time and he was very helpful. It really left a positive feeling in the back of my mind. Fast forward two years I have been to many dealerships and met many people but I just didn't feel right. Until I went back to see Terrance! Again amazing experience and got me into the car not only that I wanted but actually truly liked! Great time and when I buy again I hope Terrance will still be there!

The best place for your new car.

Went in to return our Mazda that we leased in 2013. Didn't know if we wanted to lease again, buy or just use our other car. When I tell you that Justin Chavez and the rest of the folks there made us an offer we could not refuse, I mean really could not refuse. He helped us decide which car would work out best for us in terms of it's size and our needs. He helped work out a great deal on the new CX-5. We love it! Not one bit of buyer's remorse at all. Drove it home and fell in love with it. It's perfect. No pressure at all. They are an awesome dealership. We'll be back at the end of this lease and see what's available in the future. Absolutely love Mazda and the gang at Roger Beasley

Excellent sales person

We just completed a lease of a 2016 Mazda 3 with Justin Chavez assisting us as our sales rep. He did an excellent job and was very patient with me while I tried to decide on a color. When I finally did, he graciously went to another dealer to get it. I would highly recommend Justin to anyone who was wanting to purchase a Mazda.

How good is Terrence Moorer?

Bought a new Mazda 3 five years ago mostly for my daughter who was learning to drive. Terrence was the perfect salesman for me. Listened to what I wanted and what I wanted to do and was able to put us in a great car. Walked in for another new car(CX5) and Terrence remembered me and somehow like majic knew what I wanted and with hardly any sales pitch directed us to the right vehicle. Almost clairvoyant. After chatting a little bit he told me he had been promoted since I last saw him.......well deserved. He is always fun to talk to, knows his product, however the one thing he has over everyone else.......He knows his customer and knows what they want and knows how to treat them. Honestly think I could call him and he would pick out the right vehicle for me without me even looking at them. I have to think his future continues to be bright with Roger Beasley Mazda. Thank you Terrence

The Best Possible Experience

This is the second car that we have purchased from Roger Beasley Mazda in Georgetown. We came back because of the customer service, the quality of the certified pre-owned vehicles, and Mazda's overall consistent quality. Previously, we bought a Mazda5 certified preowned and have loved it. Not only is the car great, but the staff at Roger Beasley made it as painless and easy as possible. They know that buying a car can be stressful, especially for a family. They understand this and make sure that potential buyers are comfortable and not pressured. Our salesman was Terrence Moorer, and we couldn't have asked for a better guy. He saw us roll up in our Mazda5 and he knew we were serious. But the great thing about this dealership is the sales force is understanding when you need space. If you say back off, they back off. But when you do need help or have questions, they jump to it with a smile. Terrence took care of us. Really took care of us. He knew we were serious about buying a car but he also could tell that we were nervous and wanted to make the best decision possible. When asked about certain features or other models, he would give us honest, earnest opinions; not trying to sell us the highest priced vehicle, but trying to get us in the car our family needed. This is the best possible customer service when it comes to buying a car. I have worked in customer service for the last 8 years, and I know great service when I see it. It's about helping people and being genuine about it. That is the experience that we took away from Terrence and Roger Beasley. Thanks so much!

What an awesome experience. Went in gave info and went to work. Then I received a call after work we received what we wanted. He didn't play games or empty promises.
