Very Good Buying Experience

We have always been pleased with the Roger Beasley Family of dealers. This was our first New Car Purchase at Roger Beasley Mazda Georgetown. My wife and I purchased a 2016 Mazda6 and are very pleased with our decision. We enjoyed working with our salesman Justin Chavez. He was very knowledgeable of all vehicles we test drove. He followed up with us numerous times as it took us a week to make the decision.

Awesome Customer Service! Amazing dealership!

Justin Chavez was amazing in helping me select a car that I wanted. He didn't pressure me at all into buying a vehicle and was very knowledgeable and patient; answering all my questions about safety and vehicle specs. I would highly recommend him for anyone who is looking for a new Mazda.

Excellent Experience

I shopped around at other dealerships before visiting Roger Beasley and was not impressed with the customer service, deals or really anything about those experiences. I was on my way to a different dealership when I decided to stop by Roger Beasley Mazda and I am so glad I did! My experience with Terrence and with both Brian's in finance was awesome! I was impressed with the knowledge, friendliness and overall customer service of everyone I dealt with. The facility was nice and very clean! This was my first Mazda but definitely will not be my last!

Turned loyal customer!

My best car buying experience yet! I've purchased cars from different places throughout my career and this is by far the easiest and the best experience I've had. Justin Chavez, my agent is easy to talk to and knows exactly what my situation was. Everyone is relaxed and accommodating! NO hard selling and I understood everything down to last financial detail.

Excellent Experience

I recently purchased a Mazda CX-5 from Roger Beasley Mazda of Georgetown. I met D.J. and immediately felt very comfortable working with him during this experience . He was very knowledgeable and was able to ?match me? up with the vehicle that is perfect for me. I am impressed with D.J.?s positive, courteous, and professional attitude. This is the second car I have purchased from this dealership. I have always been treated respectfully and professionally in dealing with the business office and service department.

Excellent Buying Experience

This was my first time ever buying a car on my own. I chose to look at Roger Beasley in Georgetown first. DJ Moasser greeted us at the door with a smile. He was very patient with me as I asked a million questions and showed me every option that was available. Once I found the vehicle I loved, he not only cooperated with my financial situation, but also took the time explain every detail there was to know about the vehicle I was purchasing. I would HIGHLY recommend visiting DJ at Roger Beasley Mazda in Georgetown for any and all of your car-buying needs!

Great experience

My wife and I purchased a new car from Juan Samaniego and we had a great experience. He is a genuinely nice guy and I would highly recommend buying a car from him. We really liked the fact that the dealership did not try to sell us an extended warranty, etc. It took a long time to finish all the paperwork, but they explained that they were short one Finance guy on the day we visited. It was a nice touch that the Service Manager met with us, but we were a little surprised that the Sales Manager did not. Overall, it was a great experience.

AWESOME experience for a first time buyer!!

I was extremely close and pressured to buying a car at a different dealership when I decided to go to Mazda in Georgetown. Not only was Andy extremely nice but there was absolutely NO PRESSURE into making a purchase which I am extremely grateful for as a first time buyer. I am definitely going to be regular customer of theirs not only because I ended up with a 2015 Mazda 3, but my friend was right when it came to their friendliness and also their great customer service. Thank you Andy and Terrance for your services as I'm sure ALL their employees there are amazing!
