Terrence Moorer at Roger Beasley was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish on the purchase of my daughters Grand Touring CX5. Upfront pricing and a very fair deal on my trade. More Damage Than Repair
I brought my Mazda 6 in for air bag replacement. The service writer mentioned that my car was due for several periodic services. I approved the work even though I have an independent mechanic next door who could perform all that work at the same or less cost. A few weeks later I was going to check my oil and couldn't find the dipstick! I finally determined that the mechanic at Roger Beasley had incorrectly installed the engine cover and in the process bent the dipstick under the cover. I called and got an apology and the promise of a call back from the service manager. I never got that call. A few days later I went next door to have my oil changed. It was then that I discovered that he had broken the dipstick handle and forced the dipstick down into its channel so that you couldn't easily remove it. Also, he had over tightened the cover bolts so that the studs came out of the engine block when we removed it. They tell me they'll make it right -- we'll see.

Excellent buying experience.
Walked into roger Beasley Mazda to price out Mazda3. Was met with a very pleasant gentleman Justin Chavez. He wasn't pushy. No hard sell. Worked with us to obtain a very good deal. He listened to our needs. And gave helpful feedback. And willing to work with us. Any future purchases we'll seek him out. Thanks for a great buying experience.

I went to purchase a new car and heard Mazda 6 has the whole package. Mr. Justin Chavez greeted my family and took us for a ride. I was impressed by his approach which was not pushy, polite and easy going to after two week, we went back to the dealership and he got me the car I wanted. Of course, the color was not the one I wished to have, so Mr. Chavez drove to Houston and picked up the car and the package I wanted for me and drove it himself to Austin. He also gave me a great deal on the package. He over all the options and technology with me for over an hour and patiently. I highly recommend him to anyone who wants to purchase a Mazda!

Go see Justin Chaves
If you want to be treated with a non pushy, funny, there for you, amazing man, go see Justin Chavez at Mazda of Georgetown! I was treated with such respect and everything he said he would do, he did! I was sad to say I ended up buying a completely diffrent brand of car due to the need however, the hardest part was to go back and tell Justin. Although I didn't buy from him, he was so excited for me and respected my choice, I could not have better reviews for this man! I am in sales as well, so I know how pushy some sales agents can be. Justin was not only respectful of my situation but he was responsive to helping me get through obsticals I was facing, even though I went with another dealer. Again this was only because of certain needs I had due to my situation. I will refer anyone one to him as well as the dealership in Georgetown! Amazing!

Purchase of new CX5
This was my second vehicle from them in as many months. Justin Chavez made the buying process very easy and quick. I have never been in and out of a dealership as fast. Brian the sales manager helped as well. They gave me a very fair deal on both occasions.

Took 2013 Mazda into Roger Beasley Mazda Georgetown for service and left with new CX5. Justin Chavez is a competent, personable salesman. He answered every question I had about moving to new car. No pressure. Very accommodating. Would recommend to friends. KDW

Another Excellent Buying Experience
My fairly new Mazda was just totaled! No one was hurt thank goodness. Roger Beasely Mazda in Georgetown made the pain go away with a very reasonably priced car with great features. I now have a brand new car which I am going to enjoy driving. They treated me well and made getting a new care simple and hassle-free.

New Car purchase
Bought my second Mazda 1/14/16 and my sales person was Charles Turner. It was absolutely a pleasure to work with during my purchasing experience. On 1/13/16 Charles e walked me around the lot, explain the pros and cons of the different vehicles, listen to my needs, and explained my options. I left that day with a whole lot of information to think about over the week in hopes to purchase a car on 1/18/16. However it didn't take long to make up my mind because I was back on the next day to purchase my car. Charles guided me through the process, answer all my questions of concern and got me the most amazing deal. Though I did finance my car through Mazda, they worked really heard on making it work. Charles was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He took me for a spin in my new car and got it all pretty for me. I would definitely refer all my friends to Mazda and to Charles as their salesperson. He definitely made the process easy and got me on my way. Look forward to purchasing my next Mazda in the future.
