awsome experience

if you ever want to buy a car talk to DJ he was friendly and very helpful . I would send friends and family to this Mazda .everyone there made me so happy when I left there .

Terrence is the best!

Bought my 2nd Mazda from Terrence last week and I love it! I absolutely hate buying cars, but he always makes it as painless as possible and provides the best customer service!

Terrence Moorer, is the man

I first met Terrance Moorer back in 2010 when I brought my Ford F-150 into Roger Beasley Mazda- Georgetown, to see if I could return to the manufacturer (Mazda) I truly loved because of my previous experience with Mazda. Terrance Moorer worked very hard, and fought for me and I drove out with a 2010 CX-7, in which truly drove all over Central and East Texas. Then Sonny Naser, the New Car Manager called and emailed me and I took my CX-7 into Roger Beasley, and met with him and Terrence Moorer. And, like before Terrence and Sonny fought in my be half again, and I walked out in a new CX-9, in one evening. I highly recommend Roger Beasley Mazda-Georgetown, and Terrence Moorer and his crew.

Andy Wilson is fantastic

I just leased a Brand New 2015 Mazda 3. Andy Wilson was my Product Specialist and he did a fantastic job. He was extremely professional and kind. I have never had a better experience at a dealership.

Great Experience Purchasing First Car

I purchased my first car yesterday, and I have to say the entire experience was better than I imagined. I worked with Terrance who was wonderful and explained all of my options thoroughly and never once was pushy or made me feel pressured to make the purchase. I intended to look very seriously for a car and ended up leaving with a Mazda3 hatchback because of how smoothly everything went. (As a side note, I already knew I was highly considering a Mazda3 as I test drove one a year ago.) Considering that the computer system was down for a bit, I only spent a few hours at the dealership, and the process went by even quicker once the system was up. (What took the longest was that I forgot the title to my old car at home and had to go get it, so no fault of theirs at all!) Every person I spoke to during the purchasing process was extremely friendly, and their customer service was fantastic. I especially appreciated that they explained the process of bringing my car in for service and what the reports would entail once I got my car back. Terrance also sat down with me in the car to explain the features and how they worked, so that I had a basic understanding when I left the dealership. Overall, I would highly recommend Roger Beasley to anyone considering a new vehicle.

great car experience

what is shock it is not possible to buy a new car and have the salesman actually help you find the right car to look at not only that to provide a full simplicity of car interest the Mazda is an amazing car but this dealership is just the tip of the icebergthe salesman Bob Amazeen is amazing no pressure here I'm very helpful highly recommend Bob the dealership and the car.

Unbelievable Customer Service

I bought a low priced used vehicle from this dealership a few days ago! The process was AWESOME! I felt like I was treated like those buying High line Luxury cars! The no-pressure process was above and beyond what I could have expected. My car had "died" and I needed something NOW. They picked me up and had the vehicle I was interested-in waiting for me. It had 132K miles but looked brand new. Detailed, full of gas and even ordered a trim part that I wanted replaced AFTER I agreed to buy the vehicle. Terrence Moorer was my salesperson, and will be from this point forward. I was treated so well by Terrence, the Used Car Mgr and even the salesperson that came to pick me up. Excellent Buying Experience

Found an 06 Ford Explorer thru Cars.com....called Roger Beasley and immediately Ryan Jimenez called back to schedule an apt with Garth Herra. Met with Garth, and he was so friendly and easy to talk to...loved the vehicle, and since the sales staff does not work on commission, there was no pressure. Drove it off that day, but knew I would need to bring it back for a few repairs since I bought it before it was completely ready to sell. Took it in...and got many, many things done that I wasn't even aware were needed, as well as four new tires! Drove off in what feels like a brand new vehicle...all for no additional charge. Everyone I spoke with was very nice and treated me with respect. Very exceptional buying experience and I will definitely recommend Roger Beasley and this staff to all of my friends...including my 500+ Facebook friends!!
