Was ready to purchase a new Trailblazer.

Was ready to purchase a new Trailblazer. ..Until we they told us about the "required" additional purchase of a package that included all-weather floor mats, special wheel locks of some sort, and tinted windows for a total of a little over $5,000. We talked a bit about it with one another and decided we didn't want those upgrades. The salesperson said it was non-negotiable, if we wanted the vehicle for the price we were quoted, we HAD to add on the additional package and pay the extra $5,000. We were a bit shocked, so we questioned him. Yes, he made it clear. If we didn't pay for the extra package, we wouldn't get any new Trailblazer. So, we left. Drove a bit to Woody Folsom Chevy in nearby-ish Baxley, GA and got the EXACT vehicle, slightly lower price and no mandatory extra package. So worth the drive - saved $5,000. Unbelievable.

Very accommodating service dept

Very accommodating service department. My wife?s suburban was overdue for an oil change and we were headed out of town the next morning. The Service team was spot on.

Savannah Vaden Chevrolet

Very easy to schedule an appt on the day and time desired; I am seen as soon as I pull in the maintenance bay; Brittany always always always keeps me informed of maintenance progress and also advises on what needs to be done to keep my pov in peak performance. I always ask for an appointment with Brittany because I trust that she'll take great care of my vehicle. Thank you Brittany!! Also, many thanks to whoever works on my truck.

I would never recommend this dealership.

I would never recommend this dealership. They did not have the car on lot that I wanted to test drive but told me I could not see the car until we had discussed numbers. The manager came to speak to me and got ANGRY when I wouldn't agree to look at new cars. That is when I was told the car was at another branch of the dealership. The manager slammed his hands on the desk and angrily told the salesman to put me into anything on the lot in my price range. I happily purchased a brand new vehicle from another dealership where I was treated with respect.

Excellent Customer Service

The best car dealership in the south.

Dan Vaden chevrolet of savannah ga is the best. We have bought many cars from them over the years and Jonathan and the sales team is the best.
