The sales staff at Infiniti of Tucson are amazing. I went to get my vehicle appraised and they showed me how I could get into a newer vehicle for the same payment! I am now the owner of an all electric vehicle. I absolutely love it! Thank you Brad!

I needed to replace my van that was falling apart.

I needed to replace my van that was falling apart. I worked with David. They made it incredibly quick and easy to get into a nicer newer vehicle. My kids love it. I will definitely be back.

I had a great experience with the sales team.

I had a great experience with the sales team. They were very knowledgeable about the new cars and answered all of my questions. Once I get my financing I’m planning on buying that beautiful QX60 I saw.

We were extremely impressed with our entire sales

We were extremely impressed with our entire sales experience at Infinity of Tucson. Tish, our "5-star" sales rep, went out of her way to ensure all of the 'boxes were ticked' and that we got just the vehicle we wanted at a price that worked for us. The overall experience was outstanding, from when we walked into the showroom to when we departed in our beautiful new vehicle. Everyone we connected with was proud and took their job responsibly. Even though we came from Phoenix, we hope to see our friends at Infinity of Tucson again soon. I can't say enough to express our satisfaction with Infinity of Tucson.

Tish was condescending and acted like she didn’t want my

Tish was condescending and acted like she didn’t want my business. I guess my budget (which was decent) didn’t work for her paycheck. I have purchased plenty of cars, and I have never felt so belittled. She wasn’t rude, but the interaction was very passive aggressive. Just a suggestion, end your email with I will keep an eye out for you instead of if your budget changes reach back out to me.

Excellent Service

Cayo is the service manager. He is trustworthy, professional, efficient. I also bring my other vehicle (GMC) to the service department at Infiniti for service.

The Best Dealer I’ve Dealt With In Tucson

Damon and Chris are knowledgeable and trustworthy whenever I’ve taken my car in for service or repair. They take the time to explain what’s necessary and work with me to make the repairs as affordable as possible. The waiting area is comfortable, also my car is clean when I pick it up.
