I bought this vehicle under false information…

I bought a 2020, qx50 last January. I asked the salesman what was the value of vehicle brand new and he said $60,000. After making the purchase the gentleman that worked in finance told me it was worth $50,000.

I absolutely love this dealership— everybody is so

I absolutely love this dealership— everybody is so helpful and kind! I was really having a hard time with my QX60 and I was really stressed. Chris was my advisor and he was an absolute godsent! But one of my favorite parts was the receptionist Diana. She is such a lovely part of the dealership and was so reassuring in the fact that my car would get fixed and is incredibly beautiful as well, perfect for the face of infiniti! I can't wait for my next oil change so that I can work with Chris and get to see the lovely Ms. Diana!

Excellent experience from scheduling, loaner car, service provided. Infiniti warranty program is excellent. Car was beautifully cleaned when finished.

Not happy overall, I'm wondering if my car indeed got

Not happy overall, I'm wondering if my car indeed got touched, my battery is dead just as it died while being transported to the dealership, but I get the car back with the battery being dead but I got charged for an oil change oil filter even tho my car won't crank nor start don't think that was necessary if indeed was done. Not to mentioned I have already done the oil prior to the car not turning on, I feel xxxxx by the dealership.

I believe it should be all the way around for your manager to call me, being that he is aware of the issue instead of me having to call and be passed around and having to re-explain myself to whom ever I have to talk to along the way.

I have had excellent service with Infiniti of Tucson. The front office has vastly iimproved. In recent years. Everyone is very helpful and keeps you informed about the progress of your vehicle Coffee machine is great and lounge is very comfortable
