Dow Autoplex

Just bought a new Camaro at Dow. Chris was our sale Rep. He kept us informed of the progress of the car as it was shipped. All the paperwork went smoothly with Chris's help. We felt they were friendly and presented themselves professionally. Good car buying experience we will be back.

Long story short this dealership is exactly why the FTC is proposing rules for shady dealer tactics and discriminating on certain customers. I inquired about a Camaro Zl1 they had in transit a few weeks ago. Chris Hartley contacted me when it finally came in. I did not have a trade in and secured my own financing. Negotiations over market adjustment then stalled and I did not hear from the dealer for over a week. Then today out of nowhere they text me if I was “ready to pull the trigger on this Camaro” . I told them I would but was not interested in paying a market adjustment . They then texted me back bragging about how they just sold the vehicle at MSRP to a local “repeat customer” who had a trade in and financed through the dealer. I don’t understand what all that was about. I signed up for price alerts on the vehicle and they text me just to tell me it was sold to someone better? They could have just said sorry it was sold and offered me help with anything else. I wasn’t against using their financing but what can I do if they can’t beat my credit unions rate. I’m just a hard working man who tries to be his very best.

Best place to buy a car. This is my 6th car to buy there. Chris is great . We just purchased a 2022 High Country Tahoe and love it. Everyone there is friendly and helpful.

We were not aware that it was so difficult to finance a vehicle that was over ten years. The salesman never mentioned this. We drove two hundred miles to find out that we couldn't get financing. If this had been mentioned it would have saved us time and money. They were fully aware of this. That is why they having trouble selling it. I should have read other reviews before hand. They are dishonest.

Chris was very helpful and handled our case in a timely manner and called us with an approval,and told us what to bring we drove out from dow in my dream truck less than 2 hours.

Ted made me a great deal on a Chevrolet Equinox and gave me top dollar for my trade. Left the car as they were to do an add on, and on the way home I had a bad case of buyer's remorse. Called Ted and he was a true gentleman and let me back out of the deal. If I ever buy another GM product, I would not use anyone other than Ted!!

Dow had the vehicle I wanted but would not sell the vehicle to me cause I was not financing or taking the extended warranty. I was told that I was cutting the credit manager out of the deal…

Called the dealership was told that there was several vehicles in price range I was looking for and I drove a 45 minute drive get there and they didn’t have anything at all in the price range I talk to him about it was a waste of my time and gas

Teddy was super friendly, professional, and listened to our wants n needs. We had shopped for a truck in dallas all day to no avail. Ted had one exactly what we wanted and more.
