I had not purchased a vehicle since the early 2000s, and let me tell you, this was truly a pleasurable experience. Vehicles, based upon individual wants and needs, ultimately sell themselves; what Blair sold me on was the dealership! Dow is hands down the best dealership in this area. Their professional staff from sales to service are fantastic. I have purchased four vehicles from them and each time their knowledge, kindness and willingness to answer questions and work with me have been stellar. Mike Simms is just an awesome salesman who made me feel from the start that I was at the right place to get what I needed! I have always, and will continue to, promoted Dow to my friends who are in the new/used car market. Excellent experience, very quick when I decided to purchase. The process was super easy and Adrian Guerrero helped me every step of the way. I went in looking for a pre-owned vehicle and cake out with a still new 2014. The only down point I had was that the detail that was done was either not completed or done poorly. The interior glass was not cleaned properly and had a streaky appearance. The Black wheels had grease pencil markings on all 4 wheels, and the areas around the trunk and hood where the weather seals are caked with dirt and dead bugs. Other than that I give them a 9.5 out of 10, as the car itself is wonderful, as well as the customer service.Thanks guys

Ted and the team was phenomenal. I had to purchase a truck sight unseen while living in the Caribbean, they made it very easy and comfortable. They helped make the transition back to the mainland easier than anticipated. I look forward to meeting the team next week when I pick up my truck.

We had a great experience shopping for and buying our new Chevrolet pickup there this week. Zach and Ted did a great job of answering our questions and pointing out the new features (compared to our 2007 truck). Got a great trade-in value and a great price for the new truck too. When we picked up the truck the next day we got a thorough tutorial on all the new electronics too. We had already used the dealership for service and were very pleased. Now they will be our go-to dealer for new purchases as well. Keep up the good work!

Easiest/Fastest vehicle purchase that I've ever done. Saw the vehicle on their site, emailed about, heard back quick, went in to look at it, was what I wanted/expected, was out of there in less than two hours with the vehicle. The only hold up was that it was a Saturday and there was already someone in the finance office... which is all to be expected. Ted Ackley was very nice and seemed like an honest guy, which to me, is hard to find when it comes to salespeople. Everyone at the dealership seemed like this, it was a relaxed and comfortable environment. I purchase vehicles almost yearly and usually go to Dallas because I am not a fan of the lots in Tyler. I now have a new favorite. Dow was great.
