Great Friendly service!! A must use for anyone new

Awesome experience at Dow!! Mike was our seller and he knows his business!! Love my new Equinox!! We will definitely be going back when we need a new one for my husband in a couple years!!

Best vehicle experience call Anthony

Dow Autoplex Mineola Texas

Bought my truck at Dow. Great Sales Experience. Very poor service. Made an appointment to bring my truck in. Got it there Thursday. No word Thursday. No word Friday. I called Friday at closing and service manager said he might get someone to look at it middle of the next week. What the xxxx was the appointment for? He told me the appointment was just to drop it off, did not mean they where going to look at it then. Bull----! Do not buy a car or truck there if you are looking for service.

Dealer Too Lazy To Review Standard Equipment

Wanted to consider a 2009 Scion xB. Sales rep told me they were a GM dealer, did not know what came standard on the 2009 Scion xB. I was interested in possibly installing a backup camera if the car did not have one. He wanted to have me commit to coming in even though he could not/would not answer specifics on the car. To me that is shoddy. Easy enough to find, and I thought I would see if he would work a bit to get my business. That didn't happen. All he really wanted to divulge is that he would email me if the car sold before I could drive to his location. Roughly 40 miles from my driveway. Pretty standard tactic with some/most used car dealers. They figure they can increase the odds of selling you a car if they get you in the dealership in the chair. The last 2 cars I have purchased were pretty much done over the phone before I drove in. They just need to give me their best price before I become interested. Stalling on that tends to land at square ONE. Needless to say I am still looking.

New car experience

Great experience with competitive pricing. The only surprise was the cost of consumer value and Deputy Service Fee. Anthony Barber was an excellent salesman.

Buying a car

So I have been talking to This autoplex since yesterday 4/14/17 ran my credit got everything....I agreed on the amount of the payments on the car yesterday around 5....the car salesman Chris said he would bring the car to me today 4/15/17 around 1:30pm....I get a phone call at 3:20 pm stating someone went under him and sold the car...????So 1st you run my credit through how many lenders??? 2nd sold the car to me with agreedment 3rd drivers were suppose to bring car to me @ 1:30....So I rushed to get my errands done before the car gets here because you(Chris) said car was on the way....So I had my hopes up for my new car ? today and YOU let Someone else sell it?Then I ask to speak to a manager the manager is busy so I said can you tell him to call me asap...I call back an hour later oh the manager is gone he or she didn't even call...Chris said you know things happen like this sometimes if your papers aren't signed but they would have been by 1:30pm the car wasn't sold till a little after 3:00...oh well good luck for anyone else if you go here to buy a vehicle better yet Write a Check or Pay Cash for the car that's all that matters the quicker they get paid???The Saying Money Talks is So True Angered Buyer

Just an awsome bunch of people

I was dreading buying a new car...until I talked to Chris and told him how much I hated the whole ordeal and hassle that came with buying a new car. He made me fill right at ease. Everyone there was just awesome. Very friendly not pushy and listen to what my needs were and fixed me up with exactly what I needed , with no fuss no muss and I drove home in my brand new car that day.

Just when you think you can't "Robby Nelson can!"

After going from used car lots such as car-mart and getting one car after another and putting down payment after another and still finding myself and kids on the side of the road over and over I finally had enough and thought I'll go ahead and take the advice of others so I got online and did a pre- approval application for A line of credit like everyone had be telling me to do for months now . But knowing my credit was not far the best in town due to a repo in the last three years and A bankruptcy in 2004 I knew it was impossible to A bankruptcy in 2004 I knew it was impossible to even get in new car . Bye 11:00am the next morning We received a phone call that changed our whole life Robby Nelson called saying all we need is your paystub and proof of employment and you can drive off today . After hearing that from so many other Car lots I really didn't think it would happen. I had no way to bring anything so I sent it all by picture text and then found a way up there . When I arrived to Dow in Pittsburgh Tx Robby meet us at the door not only with the paper work to sign and not just any old car but he had us approved and in a 2016 jeep patriot with only 18 miles on the car . Never in a million years would I have ever thought I would drive away in a new car . That's not the best part yet . Keep in mind I had done been from Lot to lot and lost out on my deposits placed on the cars and was placed as a repo on our credit (Car-mart ) we were able to drive away with NO MONEY down . The customer service was outstanding the timing was perfect and they understood our needs but most of all they were willing to give us a second chance thank you Dow Cleverly and Robby Nelson you have really changed our life's and my husband can rest now knowing momma is happy .????? Thank you Dow Family Mr&Mrs Dunn
