Wonderful Experience

Anthony Barber took care of me from the moment I contacted him by email. I don't know much about cars, but I knew what qualities I was looking for. I told him, and he immediately found me the car of my dreams. He made the process easy. Th I s is the first car I have bought since my husband died, and Anthony made it a pleasure. He didn't forget me after the sale but followed up to be sure I didn't have concerns or problems. I will definitely contact him personally the next time I need a vehicle.

Unrelentless pressure

Went in for a Blazer. I have the text communications. He just kept pushing the Equinox. We wanted to sleep on it and he said do it now and I can do no down payment and lower note. I still tried to leave but he was persistent. We left, signing for equinox because he told me he couldn't find a Blazer to put me that would work with note wanted. I called the next day wanting my trade back or put me in the car I wanted. Told couldn't do anything. There some other things that happened. Go somewhere else.

Chris Hartley made purchasing my new Buick a pleasure.

I had the best experience in purchasing my New Buick Encore because of the excellent Salesman, Chris Hartley. He found the exact car that I wanted and the exact color that I wanted. He went above and beyond what you would think that a Salesman would do to help you have the best experience in purchasing a vehicle. He made sure that I received all the incentives that were offered by GM and the Dealership so that I would have the payment amount that I could afford. I highly recommend Dow Autoplex here in Mineola, where I have purchased my last few vehicles. I would encourage you, if you are thinking about a new vehicle, to visit Dow and ask for Chris Hartley. I assure you that he will make your buying experience a pleasure.

Bad experience

Wouldn't listen to me when I told the internet sales manager what I wanted. He just tried pressuring me onto getting a truck that don't want that on their lot. I'll NEVER do ANY business with them.

My Buying Experience

Chris made buying a vehicle so easy and stress free. This was my first time trying to purchase a vehicle and I was given plenty of choices and Chris was a straight shooter.

My buying experience.

First of all, I hadn't bought a vehicle in 19 years. When it was time to do it again, I started my search online. Of all my requests to numerous dealerships, only DOW had answered. Ted Ackley from DOW wrote that he would be available to answer any questions I had. I told him I would be back in town in a couple of weeks and he replied that he would be available at any time. When I actually came to DOW, Ted was the most knowledgeable and accommodating salesperson I had ever worked with, because he answered every question and gave me his time with no pushiness. If he had, it just wouldn't have worked. He tried everything to give me the best deal and finally, the deal I accepted. He said he would always be available to help with any questions I would have in the future. Even though I came with my husband, Ted directed every issue to me and not my husband, even though it was obvious that they got along. This kind of respect made the buying experience a joy. He bent over backwards to make everything easy. Thanks, Ted and to all the staff at DOW. I will return for my future car and/or truck purchase. new Truck plus one

Chris H. did an outstanding job getting my truck taken care of. All I had to do was tell him exactly what I wanted, didn’t want and what was acceptable and not acceptable. What do you know it happen and was the easiest process I’ve dealt with at any dealership ever. It was so nice I ended up getting my wife a new vehicle as well. Top notch. No beating around the bush and straight forward. Will have my business till the end for sure.
