Mechanic sent a nice video showing that I needed an air

Mechanic sent a nice video showing that I needed an air filter. I requested this to be added to my overnight service but it was not installed. When I picked up my Jeep the passenger seat was completely reclined like someone was sleeping in it???

I recieved a coupon from the dealership for a $54.

I recieved a coupon from the dealership for a $54.00 oil change and tire rotation. The ticket writer said they don't do coupons. They gave me a $17.00 discount. The job still cost me about $100.00.

After purchasing a new Jeep at Hendrick's Jeep for my

After purchasing a new Jeep at Hendrick's Jeep for my daughter in 2018 and having it serviced there for all maintenance and repair related issues I will never deal with this dealership again. I took the vehicle in to have a day time running light replaced and the following occurred; - required to make an appointment to replace the light and had to wait more than 3 weeks to book. - when I got there advised that they do not have the light in stock and could I come back later in the week. - encouraged me to replace both day time running lights as well as indicator lights because of access and partial bumper removal - estimate $250. - stated that was unreasonable and not rescheduling unless they performed this at no charge because of the incredible inconvenience. Service manager said the best they could do was 10% break. - Advised that was unacceptable and after 7 years getting my vehicle serviced ( incidentally have 2 other Jeeps) that will not ever return to Hendricks again. They were apparently OK with that.

The buying process was easy. Had a little issue with the vehicle but it got resolved and they were very friendly about through the whole process

I set up a service appointment online.

I set up a service appointment online. When I arrived I was told it was actually made for 6 months in the future. My email confirmation showed it was in fact for the day I was there. I was told the online system doesn?t always work correctly and it?s best to call. Waste of my time but not the end of the world. Once I did get an appointment I dropped it off and explicitly asked for only the oil to be changed and nothing else. When I picked up the Jeep I noticed all my tire pressures had been inflated much higher than where I had them. When I picked up the guy said he?d go grab it for me and to just wait right outside. I waited 10 minutes before going back inside and the guy looked at my confused when I asked what the deal was. Then he said he?d forgot and ran to grab the keys. Overall, the oil change was completed and nothing was broken. But I?m frustrated with the experience and once I?m out of free oil changes I can?t say I?ll return.
