Service department was outstanding. I am typically skeptical when walking in to any service department, but they made me feel like home! As soon as I pulled in, Jeff and Austin greeted me promptly. They explained the process with the diagnosis and how it works submitting to my extended warranty. It was a very seamless experience. They even got me a ride home and back to the dealership when my car was ready. Overall, a very great experience and I would highly recommend!

I paid in advance for an ABS module (a whole lot of cash)
I paid in advance for an ABS module (a whole lot of cash) it took them more than a couple of months to get one. Then they scheduled me for a month later. Then they called a couple of weeks later and said bring in the truck now. So, I dropped off the truck. Subsequently, the mechanic broke a bolt in the pump and claimed that it was rusty. Instead of offering to replace the pump at no cost, they held my truck hostage until I paid an additional $2400+ to replace the pump. So, I have paid over $5000 for replacing an ABS module. Ultimately, it is my estimation that the dealership does not take care of their customers when they make an error. They make the customer pay for the dealership error. So, I will not be making my next Vehicle purchase at this dealership.

Excellent service! Except a part that I expected to be replaced based on my warranty, was not honored! However, this doesn't affect the good service that I obtained.

Hendricks quoted us for a repair on our Jeep.
Hendricks quoted us for a repair on our Jeep. The clutch had gone out. The quote was 5X more than another estimate we received with a number of system ?flushing? added on. Absolute rip off. We forwarded to a friend in another state that owns a Jeep dealership to review who confirmed also we were being ripped off. Will NEVER buy a car at Hendricks after this experience. When calling to let them know I would not be moving forward with the repair, the service salesperson told me there would be a diagnostic fee and he would let me know the next morning the total. He then deleted the estimate. When he called to charge me the diagnostic fee he tried to charge me double the fee that was on the original estimate for diagnostics. I called him out on it and he ?adjusted? to the original charge on the invoice.

Scheduled my spot 2 weeks out.
Scheduled my spot 2 weeks out. Did Sunday drop off for an 8 AM Monday appointment Monday and at 1 o?clock I was 11 people behind on a diagnostic. They told me they were two weeks out but I scheduled two weeks ago. Not impressed.

They made a mistake on an oil change causing a leak that left oil on my driveway and who knows what it did to the engine. They have done nothing to compensate me and they don't respond to phone calls or emails.
