Not happy

This was not the best experience I?ve had at a Ford service center. Made an appointment to have check engine light determined. Two days later I called and found out the service person had switched jobs at the dealership. No notification as to this or status of my car. Talked to another service person and they went to technician. Problem determined. Still no communication by Monday. CALLED again and was told it was being worked on. Long story short. I had to keep calling and finally had to get the service manager to speak with me. My car was there for two weeks. Never again.

Service without pressure

Excellent salesperson. Very courteous and professional. The sales representative listened to the customer and did not pressure us into buying car. See Tom Anderson when you go to this dealership. All personnel at this dealership are great.

I must say if it had not been for Lindsay I would have no choice but to leave a very bad review for this Autonation as nobody else there would return my calls or keep me updated on the status of my vehicle including Nick Nicholson who has a voice mailbox that is full and not accepting anymore calls, all of my dealings with everyone prior to Lindsay were very unprofessional. I again Thank Lindsay very much and believe she should be promoted over everyone at the front service area, she can teach them all how to be professional and courteous. Thank You again Lindsay, I truly appreciate your kindness, courteousness, professionalism, and keeping me informed on my vehicle.

Poor customer service/false advertising

Quite possibility the worst customer experience I have ever had. My salesman was trying to help me and 3 others at the same time. It took so long I had to ask the finance manager and the assistant sales manager to find my folder so that I could complete the sale. I was not informed the pre-inspection had not occurred, nor was I given a timeline. I waited over a week for a truck I paid for and received poor/no communication. Within a week I was back at another AutoNation addressing another issue with the vehicle. I was also charged a different price for the warranty than what I was quoted. after going to another AutoNation, I was referred to the GM who put in contact with the acting GM who addressed some of the issues.
