Worst dealership experience I?ve ever had

Was without my car for 3 months while no one responded to me. Nothing was done to show good faith, regret or an apology for the horrendous customer service

Bad experience when I already had the car with me, my car needed brakes and oil change when I got it out the dealer and when I email them to let them know they never replied back

Have been coming to this dealership for over four years

Have been coming to this dealership for over four years for service. They have always been professional, knowledgeable and thoughtful. Love that they do not make you wait at their location while the servicing is done. They pay for an Uber driver to take you home and then pick you back up when your car is ready to be picked up.

We bought our vehicle from Daisy Alemany. She is extremely friendly, caring, and attentive. Since I work in customer service, I know when someone is genuine. I liked that she never tried to sell me the most expensive vehicle; instead, she worked with my needs and the budget that I wanted. I will continue to buy all my vehicles at the Frisco store, but only with Daisy.

I learned that Auto Nation Ford Frisco lost most of its

I learned that Auto Nation Ford Frisco lost most of its mechanics and its service manager recently after trying to get two warranty service concerns after both problems where no trouble found with no supporting documents from Ford stating they are aware of the problems and have no repair available at this time and since there is no service manager we don't have anyone to complain to
