Was glad they called to cancel the recall work as the...

Was glad they called to cancel the recall work as the parts weren't there. Was not glad they set the appointment in the first place if the parts weren't there. Now it's been weeks with no follow up. This recall work may never get done? Grapevine dealership never called me back and Bill Utter cancelled the appointment. Just crappy service all around from the dealers. Ford makes a decent product, but God forbid you ever need recall work done.

Patrick was very easy to work with. Lots of knowledge about the car, honest salesmen. Will be referring friends/family to him. Bill Utter Ford is the best dealership to buy a new vehicle from.

My wife and I got in touch with Phil Tysinger throughout mutual friend and he was honest took real good care of us and did a solid job getting us into the truck we needed for our business. I’d highly recommend going through him and Bill Utter Ford. Great guy to do business with. We will go back next time.

I had the best experience purchasing a vehicle from Bill Utter in Denton. The buying process was simple. Kellie had be take care of the paperwork online prior to coming in, which helped with the time. Upon my arrival, Kellie was so friendly and helpful. Chase and Kellie went above and beyond to help me move items from one car to another, including my kids' car seats. I will recommend both of them to friends and family! Thank you both!
