Brought my Flex in at 9am for oil change, rotation, and inspection. At 11:30 I called wondering what the status is, they said they’d have Dillon call me back. At 12 I called again because I had no call back. Finally got picked up at 12:30 to come get it. 3 & 1/2 hours is waaaaay too long, I’m glad I didn’t wait there...

Always takes good care of us. When I call they are eager to take care of my problems. We have never had a bad experience...

Dont bother scheduling service online. It is not meant for the time to get the work performed. It is only a time to meet the advisor.

Nice, quick oil change/tire rotation. No appointment required. Nice waiting areas with good coffee machine. Everyone very friendly and courteous. The wash was a nice touch. First time I brought my Lexus for this service and will definitely be back.

Been going to this Ford dealership for as long as I can remember. Danny Morris is always so helpful and attentive with all of my families vehicles. As long as I live in Texas this will always be my dealership!

We all have our fears of having our vehicles serviced at the dealership because of higher prices. So far, Bill Utter Ford has taken care of my Fords. I recently scheduled to have the Fuel Injection cleaned. They called back to let me know that the Coolant needed to be serviced as well. I knew it had to be done. Most places try to upsell but not Ford. Some parts I can find cheaper outside of Ford but so far all the Oil Changes and other services have been done with quality service. I will continue to take my vehicle to Ford until the wheels fall off. Ford did a great thing building the Taurus X and the Freestyle. The best crossover vehicles in their fleet of vehicles.
