Very good service! First time being at that dealership...

Very good service! First time being at that dealership and made it feel like I was welcome & was taken care of! Really just represents Ford as a whole!

The service was great everyone was nice. The service department even was my truck before they gave it back to me, and I really didn't have to wait for some to come take of me, as soon as I arrived someone was there to greet me.

By far one of my best car shopping experiences so far!! Juan Millan was very attentive to my needs and requests and was real detail oriented in his work which made things move along very smoothly without any issues popping up!

This was our fourth purchase at Bill Utter and I have to say that while each of the purchases were fairly easy, the last was by far the best. This was the second purchase dealing with Adam Russell. He is excellent at understanding the need of his customer, is easy going and goes above and beyond in doing the customer right. This was our first time dealing with Mike Lewis in Finance and normally this is the worst part of the process, Mike made it quick, easy and painless. I would highly recommend this dealership and these employees to anyone. It was a great experience and I have always been satisfied with the service provided by Bill Utter Ford!

Ok, I know I already did this but for some reason the picture that posted with my initial review had someone else’s faces and truck! Lol. No problem, because I’ll say it again... Cory at Bill Utter Ford was a rock star! Thanks for the banter and the honest up-front’ness’. It was fun and appreciated. Hope to keep my truck a long time but perhaps we’ll do this again sometime!
