Bill Utter Ford

Correction to previous review. I wrote in my first review that I was very pleased with the service at Bill Utter and found everyone very nice and efficient. I hit the 5 star rating and somehow it saved as 1 1/2 stars. Not sure how that happened but I felt strongly about correcting this on line. I am picky about service centers and excellent customer service (as I am in the service industry). I am EXTREMELY happy about my experience at Bill Utter and will, without question, use this as my Service Center. Greg, my service advisor, was kind and very helpful. Apologies for the incorrect star rating on the previous review !

We have been customers of Bill Utter Ford since 1982. Our son and his family are also faithful customers. Service is always top notch thanks to Danny. Doyle has been our salesman. We appreciate his professionalism.

I have always received the best in Customer care from Greg Hall and Sharon Moreno! Every detail is fully explained and in addition any recommendations for future attention or possible considerations for marginal repairs are always given and considered! We have purchased 3 vehicles and recommended to our daughter Elizabeth Thrailkil that she make a used vehicle purchase from Bill Utter Ford which she did! Great Job! Great Customer Service and Care from the sales to Service to Collision!

I have received exceptional service every time I have visited Bill Utter Ford. I have been to other dealerships and they can’t compare, as far as the attention to detail and the speed in which they get you out. I always ask for Dillon, because he is tops when it comes to service advisors. This guy goes above and beyond in letting you know what is going on and what your next step should be with caring for your vehicle. I am should he want be my service advisor for long, because I see him as some who will more than likely be in the managing of the service advisors. All and all I have always received excellent service at this location. Number one in my book.

From the service Department to Sales, Bill Utter Ford has been my go to dealership for many years now and between Danny and Doyle's consistent teamwork makes life choices easier, I drive past 3 dealerships that are closer just to do business with BIll Utter!!
