Easy peasy. Even though I thought I had made an appointment on my app, it never when through. When I showed up, was told I didn't need appointment for oil change. I then expected to wait forever, since there was no appointment. Nope. Took about 35 minutes with plenty of space to work in the waiting room.

Perhaps there's a labor shortage due to Covid? I like the folks here, but multiple trips/multiple errors before getting it right. Some of it is Ford. The company is NOT ready for the digital age. I'm a Ford guy, and love this dealership, so it pains em to write this.
