It was the best truck buying experience we have ever had....

It was the best truck buying experience we have ever had. Casey was very energetic and engaging. He kept bringing us different trucks based on our feedback. He found the right truck at the right price. Then Kenneth in the finance was very prepared and quick. I could never figure out why it took so long to pay cash for a vehicle. He had us in and out in under 10 minutes. We completed the whole transaction in around 30 minutes. Truck buying the way it was meant to be. Thank you.

I asked for one part on my car to be looked and they didn’t on my way home it caused issues and I had to pull over on the highway and try to fix it.

Salesman Larry Roberson was great. He called me when the vehicle I was interested came in, he put a hold on the vehicle expecting that I would be very interested. He was prepared for my visit, vehicle was ready for test drive and was able to purchase within 2 hours.

I have had a wonderful relationship with Bill Utter Ford. From my purchase experience to the service department. Everyone has been welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful. My first service appointment was a week ago...it was so easy to schedule, the service advisors were quick and the mechanics efficient in the service of my vehicle. Kudos to the great team at Bill Utter Ford!
