Made car worse
Terrible experience. Came in for simple oil change which turned into them replacing multiple front end parts. Car violently and randomly will jerk to the left while going down the road. They then blamed the problem on me, saying I wrecked the car. I told them the problem the the next day after I picked the car up because they were closing when when I picked it up. They then kept my car for 3 weeks and blame the jerking on my tires. They then tried to extort me by saying they will only work on my car if I get tires. This is all warranty work as well. They were even so desperate as to start switching parts from another vehicle to see if the problem would magically fix itself. The car is a hazard to drive and I wont even let my family be in the car, but non the less I have to drive it because ford will not fix it due to their incompetence.

Tire needed rotated

Good service, need more communication
The work done was good, but I was supposed to receive a call when it was completed and I did not. It was actually done the Friday I dropped it off, but I had to call on the following Monday to find out.

Service Department
I have been required to visit the Service Department on several occasions. The crew is always very courteous and professional. Thanks to Eddie Church and John Witt for all they do to assist me. Even though the work was done under warranty, I am concerned that all these repairs are necessary considering the mileage.

Always great
I really enjoy taking my car to Bill Utter Ford. They've always been extremely helpful. They also are happy to answer any questions I may have via phone without having to physically take my car in. They don't try to sell me on things I don't need and are always quick with any repair or maintenance.

True Customer Service
Mr. Church was instrumental in repairing my vehicle in a short time frame while being short handed so that my family could go on our family Christmas trip. He was able to walk me through the repairs, listened to my concerns, addressed my concerns but most importantly he empathized with me. I will definitely be coming back to Bill Utter to see Mr. Church upon any future service needs!

Suddenly needed another car!
I suddenly needed a car. I have had two hybrids to date, and the rental car we got was a Fusion hybrid. I checked them out online and got an immediate contact from Ford and Bill Utter people. Utter had the stock, made good recommendations, and facilitated my purchase in two days so we could leave on a long scheduled vacation, without having to take the rental car!

Check Engine Light F250 Diesel
Great service, fixed completely and also handled two Ford recalls while in the shop. Even though I had no appointment they serviced the truck as quickly as possible.
